This was bought as a present for a 70th birthday. It would have been a 5 star if the online booking site was working properly, it was refusing to accept telephone numbers and I had to do the booking by phone. Rachel was very helpful and completed the order on the telephone.

DO NOT USE FOR FLYING EXPERIENCES!
DO NOT USE!! - given vouchers for a helicopter flight as a 50th birthday gift but when tried to book any of the restricted dates as provided by the helicopter operator, they suddenly had no capacity on any dates except 1 at the end of the voucher validity. Their tone and attitude in emails was dreadful! Then tried to rearrange for a hotel stay and the hotel disappeared off the 'Intotheblue' website as we were trying to rearrange. Rang several times to change the vouchers over and very unhelpful.Very awkward and difficult to use the vouchers, almost as if they don't want you to use them!! Do not buy experiences from this company!!
