Investors Chronicle Avis 

Make sure you are not signing up for investchronicle.com which I review here. I think this product is DJT's speech writer. Word salad with financial terminology and a few financial stats intertwined for the subject stock. I am not a subscriber, but if the free stuff they publish trolling for subscribers is this bad, how could the paid product be better?
Investorschronicle.co.uk is part of FT, and is not likely to be anything like the imposter (investchronicle.com). I would love to see the FT sue them for infringement on their name and delete all the wasted space on the internet.

Fantastic publication with superb content. I have only just discovered them as I’m a newbie investor.

Only negative is I can’t seem to read any digital content pre-2015 (and some of 2015, too - pre-Warren Buffett issue). Is this due to my subscription type or is it an error? Who knows? However, I won’t downgrade my rating as I appreciate archives going that far back for no extra cost, but I had to put it out there.

Regarding other reviews on here, I subscribe to digital only, so I can’t comment on aftercare just yet. Judging by other feedback maybe I shouldn’t have bought this. Should I sell? No, no, I like it. I’ll hold.

The content is great, but I haven’t received the last 2 supplements and emails to the editor were ignored, very poor service

Having paid the £12 trial a while back I have just found out that £45 has left my account by direct debit. Spoke to customer service on the phone asking to invoke my 14 day cooling off period under EU law. The company has refused to refund me. I think this is terrible customer service. A company should not try and hold onto you unwillingly. For what is supposed to be a respectable company they are really doing themselves a disservice by behaving like money-grabbing con-artists. I have had similar dealings in the past with companies such as Amazon and LinkedIn who immediately refunded me.

dont go anywhere near. took £100 from my acount and refusing to refund as have 'no refund policey'. I didnt give permission for them to take the money in the first place

Bunch of cowboys. I can quite honestly say this is THE WORST company I have ever had dealings with. Put aside the fact that my subscription copy arrived, on average, 20 days after the issue appeared in the shops. Put aside the fact that it took months of requests to cancel my subscription (they still haven't refunded me by the way), the single most galling thing is that they completely ignore EVERY TIME you when you write to them. This is the FT Group - I thought they were supposed to be a respectable company......!? What a bunch of cowboys.

Absolute utter garbage, insider dealing, poor reporting and biased news.

Avoid these bawbags at all cost. LIES, LIES and more LIES.

Its a great read, very in depth and thoughtful. However the customer service is truly terrible. I got fed up waiting for someone to answer the so called customer service and have been waiting over week for an answer to an email. Will proabably cancel now, which is a shame but at the moment i am paying for product i cant access.

But it is not easy; there is no option available online.
But every page you click comes up with a pop-up to upgrade to a higher subscription.

ONE story is good until another is told.
I have subscribed to i/c since 2001.
They send me mails on daily basis, which I can stop via their website.
The odd occasion I have spoken to them, they have been friendly, helpful and efficient.
Like any other research facility they should be used in conjunction with others.
The fact I have been using them for more 15 years speaks volumes and they are still helping me invest profitably.

This is totally dishonest and rubbish company trying to con people as much they can. They have been taking money from my account for 8 years without any communication via post and email. I had a brief contact with them 8 years ago I realised that they were rubbish I rang and I requested for cancelation but they never cancelled it and have been taking money from account regularly without any communication. Please do not use them, They are just desperate people trying to earn cheap money.

I received via the Investors Chronicle web page an offer to subscribe to the digital edition and the print edition for £3.37 per week/£175 p/a .This offer was clearly marked Ireland.
IC refuse to accept the order and keep quoting me £221 p/a.
They say 175 is UK only although the web page clearly stated Ireland
I have sent screen shots of the offer.Totally dishonest
