SERVICE CENTRE - Not a good experience considering I spent over £600 for a service and other work on my Ford Puma. Attitude to a problem i raised was not good and doubt i will be returning. As a result, i am thinking of selling the car as this is the second time i experienced a problem with this dealer in Ashford.

I would not accept having Mackenzie if he happen to be dealing with your sale. I ordered on the 18th January and got my car yesterday. The communication has been terrible and Mackenzie has been very rude and abrupt. We was calling weekly/fortnightly just for an update but Mackenzie didnt like us to call for an update and I was told I don't advise you calling again, we will call you when it is ready. There is no harm in phoning now and again for some sort of update. I was due to collect the car on the 8th April (Mackenzie gave that date) they then got an email on the 2nd of April to tell them the car won't be ready until the 16th April. However I arrived on the 8th to collect as told too and obviously the car wasn't ready but no phone call/email to let me know which takes a matter or 2 minutes and he had from the 2nd April- 8th to call. So i did a 25 minute drive to collect and it wasn't available. Then I was told to collect on the 16th and was sat 2hrs waiting for the car. The lady that was originally dealing with my purchase was very nice, Mackenzie chose to take the order of mine off her to deal with himself. Whilst sat there for 2hrs a young man Bobby was his name, he was very nice, kept coming over to see if we were ok and wanted drinks. I can't praise him enough, really nice man! Please ask for someone else to deal with your order if yu get Mackenzie

Disgusting Customer Service I bought a…

Disgusting Customer Service I bought a car three years ago with warranty for life and now when I need the most they say I need to buy an excess fee and I needed to bring the car to them. I can’t even drive my car and they wanted me to bring it up. Somehow they advise me to go to the local garage to see if they can sort it for cheaper. I said why am I paying a warranty for life for £33 a month and the lady said on the phone it was for the Service wow £33 a month for a service Unbelievable please to never buy a car of these they are absolute joke .

I purchased a Jaecoo 7PHEV on the 5th Ja 2026 in good faith. At no point during the consultation or purchasing process did the manager disclose any issues with the DAB, or software. I now have a Temu car with a DAB system that doesn't work despite them telling me they have made two attempts to fix and are giving me BS . I am seeking a refund.
Don't buy a car from here and not a Jaecoo!!!!

Invicta Horsham are a total disgrace especially the manager Conrad Staines.

I had an appointment to view a MG HS Trophy which was set up a week prior to my appointment, the day before the appointment I received an email from the manager Conrad Staines reminding me of said appointment, the day of the appointment I received a phone call to inform me that the car had been loaned out! Of all the cars on the forecourt it had to be the one that I was viewing!! Really!
Conrad Staines could not be bothered to phone me himself! I emailed him to complain and was given what I can only describe as a very lame excuse! Needless to say that I will be buying elsewhere and would not recommend Invicta Horsham or Conrad Staines.

Nice shiny showroom if you want a new car..........

As previously reported I purchased an MG car from them November/December 2025. Car was faulty but they refused a refund. Felt like there was no option but to pay more money to exchange it for a Hyundai Kona. Within a week ie early January 2026 it was obvious that there was a fault with this car too. It had a clunk when being driven which we told them about within a week of the purchase. Numerous promises were made and broken including taking the car in and promised that it would only be returned once the fault had been rectified. It came back as having no traceable fault - maybe driving it more than 6 miles would have helped. We spent money on trying to trace the fault ourselves - refund on those costs refused as apparently this was "maintenance". Invicta were never able to find the fault so eventually got the car booked in for diagnostic with Main dealer who has diagnosed the fault as needing complete new DCT transmission at a cost of almost £4500... Fault is getting worse. Had to report this whole issue through the Head Office complaints procedure who are now "considering how to proceed."
It is looking like the only way to get this sorted out will be through legal means. In addition to the problem with the Kona we should be reimbursed for the £500 spent on worthless "warranties" for the MG car which we kept for less than a month.

The worst customer service I have ever…

The worst customer service I have ever received. My car was booked in for diagnostics checks due to the onboard tablet constantly flashing on and off. No curtesy vehicle available so had to wait. I was told everything was fixed but on the drive home the issue was still present. I called back and they couldn't fit the car in for another month. On arriving and being told to wait I was then asked to come and speak to the service engineer who told me nothing was wrong and why didnt I take a video of the tablet flashing whilst I was driving as evidence? So I said that it isn't legal to view and drive. Absolutely unbelievably rude staff on service reception, steer well clear!

Deposits are not refundable

Also known as Chery Invicta, previously County Motors. Left a ‘refundable’ deposit on a used car with Sonny Thomas, decided not to proceed with sale and requested refund. After ignoring my emails, then pretending the accounts department were processing the payment, I escalated to his manager. And received a refund next day credited to my card. At best incompetent, at worst intentionally fraudulent or in financial difficulties.

Wendy was brilliant from start to…

Wendy was brilliant from start to finish!
I originally went in thinking I wanted a Jaecoo 5, but after speaking with Wendy and learning more about the options, I ended up choosing the Jaecoo 7 PHEV. Her knowledge and advice really helped me pick the best car for my needs and preferences.
I absolutely love the car — it’s a dream to drive!

"I recently purchased a Tiggo 7 from Chery Invicta Bury. From the moment I entered the dealership, the staff were welcoming and knowledgeable. The Manager Benjamin was so helpful, he came in to work on his day off and was very informative & his knowledge of the Tiggo models was exceptional.
The sales person Lewis was also really nice, very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for either of them.
I had a couple of issues one with the Chery App and another minor problem with paperwork but everything was sorted straight away; Once again Benjamin the manager and Lewis the sales man stepped in to help.
I also met a couple of the other staff and they too were helpful and friendly. After sales service has been great. I would definitely recommend this branch

**Extremely disappointing and stressful…

**Extremely disappointing and stressful experience**

I purchased an Audi RSQ3 from this dealership and unfortunately the experience has been extremely disappointing from start to finish.

Within minutes of leaving the dealership it was clear that the vehicle did not feel right. Only two streets away from the garage issues were already apparent. The car was returned and despite assurances that matters would be addressed, the vehicle was provided back to me again in an unacceptable condition.

There was a catalogue of issues with the car, including
2 of 5 cylinder misfires
3 months MOT
A brake pad warning light
A previous incorrect Map
Cracked Tyres
Shock absorbers worn
Windscreen wiper rubber not fully attached
No service for 5 years including from the dealership itself
A tyre pressure of 14PSI without a puncture which on a high-performance vehicle such as an RSQ3 is extremely concerning. Had the vehicle been driven in the manner it is capable of, this could have placed myself and other road users at serious risk.

In addition to the vehicle issues, the handling of documentation was also alarming. The car contained personal documentation belonging to the previous owner, including sensitive information with their full name, address and contact details. This raised serious concerns about customer data handling.

The ongoing situation resulted in significant disruption, including financial losses, time off work, and ongoing stress. The vehicle was ultimately rejected after being in my possession only **four days**, and despite this the process of resolving matters has been slow and frustrating.

I have tried throughout to be reasonable and fair, even limiting the losses I have asked to be reimbursed for, as my main aim has simply been to ensure that I am not left out of pocket for a vehicle that was not fit for purpose.

Overall this experience has left me with serious concerns about vehicle preparation, customer safety, and handling of customer information. I hope the company takes steps to review its processes so that other customers do not have a similar experience.

The problems were highlighted by me purchasing two pre inspection reports.

Go elsewhere!!!

Spoke to Louise at the Horsham Branch to arrange to view and test drive a vehicle for the following day. Apparently the car was having the alloy wheels re-done so there was a chance it wouldn’t be back but she would call be back to confirm. 15 minutes later at 14:10 she called to say the car would be back the following morning at 11:00 to view and test drive, she booked this in. Their website gives you the option to reserve online for 24 hours so this is what I thought they would have done….. Oh no, that same evening at 18:21 she called to say sorry but the vehicle had been sold that afternoon!!!! How coincidental that the car was not there and yet somebody else had bought it. What great Customer Service - NOT! Reading some of these reviews they probably did me a favour - I will take my business elsewhere.

Had to click on one star but should be none.booked my car in for a urgent recall got told 23rd Feb at 10am we confirm with email nothing tried ringing a dozen times left messages nothing turned up today as told to find out it was never booked in got told would take up to 2 hours to check got 2year old in buggy they said they would fit it in now wheeled baby around went back 4hours later never even been moved and it was the the manager I got told who booked it in it's a joke disgusting lack of service be warned AVOID AVOID do research go to a proper dealer not cowboys

Do Not Bother!

This company is a joke start to finish. Will do anything to get a sale over the line with shocking customer service and morals there after. Don't adhere to their own policies and then just stonewall you with lies. Recently re branded to move away from the shocking reviews they had when trading as Motor parks.. Do not buy from them.

Expensive, incomprehensible service.

My Mazda 3 wouldn't start when leaving a restaurant. AA came out and identified that my battery has faulted and needs to be replaced.
I rang Invicta Motors Bolton the following morning and explained the issue and asked how much it would be for them to replace the battery. I was told it would be £154 for a diagnostics check and they would need the car for a minimum of 2 days, then they would need to replace the battery at a cost of £250, and there would be a charge for labour. I was unhappy at having to pay for the diagnostics as I already knew what the fault was and had been told that a new battery was required by a professional, but the gent on the phone insisted this was required...
I therefore approached Halfords, they were able to come out the next day to my house, replace the battery, for £134.
It amazes me that Invicta wanted to charge somewhere in the region of £400+, and leave me without a car for 2 days, when Halfords can deliver a service far superior for much cheaper.
Absolute rogue traders, sticking to 'policies' because they're only trained a certain way and can't deviate from a script.

Quoted under 1k and a day took 2 days and charged me £1107, I also lost a day's money because the kid couldn't fix the issue, plus rude receptionist disgusted won't be using again.

Conrad Stains at Invicta Motors Horsham…

Conrad Stains at Invicta Motors Horsham treated us very well all steps of the way in purchasing our new Audi Q2. He even delivered it himself and came back to provide the new over mats and instruct us about the layout of the electronic screen sat nav Etc. A very helpful company. You wont go wrong with Invicta.
