customer service can be improved
I've been a paying customer of Invoice Ninja for over 5 years now. While the app is really good (not great), their Customer Support is for the most part bordering on absurd.
For example, I had/have an issue where in the invoices, HTML code was/is displayed. Their response was "it's OK because it isn't displayed in the PDF file." I contacted the president/CEO, his response was that basically that I'll just have to wait until we fix it in a future update. I contacted them 6 -12 months later inquiring about the fix, and they said they aren't going to fix it because it's not an issue.

I recently contacted again them recently because active vendors are not being displayed in the dropdown list when creating an expense, they have replied with basic 1-step instructions multiple times, as if I am a new customer who has no idea how to use the app. They have ignored my emails. I've sent them screen and video captures, and still nothing. This is the third day and I am still unable to create expenses for the appropriate vendors. Absolutely horrendous customer service. Mind you, I am an Enterprise-tier customer. I am now searching for an alternative service provider.
Update: October 2nd, 2023: Increased the rating from 2 to 4 stars, because even though the customer service can be improved, their app is still the best.
