Iris Avis 

Ordered one cabinet as we hadn't shopped with Iris before. It arrived when they said it would, within a week. We were very pleased with the item. It was built well & beautifully painted, so we ordered another.
Iris are excellent people to do business with & I would heartily recommend them.

I recently ordered a hand painted cupboard. It had to be shipped from India so took a few weeks but was well worth the wait. It is absolutely beautiful. So much that we have ordered another piece of furniture from Iris.

I ordered a large sideboard with bone inlay from Iris, they organized the delivery and followed up until completion of this absolutely gorgeous piece or art/furniture to our home!!
Unbelievable customer service, have furnished homes in both Canada and England, Charley and his team have made this complicated delivery smooth, from south or England up to Lincoln!

My sideboard arrived and, without sounding dramatic, I actually gasped. It was more beautiful than imagined. Despite having to deal with London traffic and this being towards the end of the day, the delivery people were friendly, helpful and generally lovely. Thoroughly recommend Iris.

The delivery of my cabinet was severely late, however the quality was fine for the first 6 months but then I noticed some poor craftsmanship to the hinges and other functional issues. I emailed Charley with clear photos shots who was not helpful and basically fobbed me off saying the following - (deliver was late so its under 10 months)

"The problem is you’ve had the cupboard for over 10 months now - there’s not much we can do about it sadly."

I feel stuck and really upset with the response. Can anyone suggest an ombudsman I can raise this with? I am currently looking for advise from the retailer standard agencies and my credit card company. As the item is still not even paid in full.

I was thrilled to receive my beautiful burnt orange chest of drawers. One of these mother of pearl pieces has long been on my wish list. The ordering process was straightforward. I was advised of delivery within a few days. The chest arrived safely, very well packaged. It looks wonderful in its new home. The design echoes much of that seen at Taj Mahal- exquisite. I am planning my next piece! Thank you Charley and Phil!

Beautiful shop in Brighton. Gave great advice about the best cabinet for my bathroom, it looks great. Much cheaper and better quality than bigger online retailers.

Bought a large cabinet for use in our hallway and wasn't disappointed on delivery - lovely piece of statement furniture which is sure to attract favourable comment and it's nicely made with that Indian flair you'd expect. Good process of contact with Iris and a favourable deal struck to seal the transaction which was satisfying. Kept informed as to what was happening with the order and as to delivery with the courier helping to unload the cabinet into the hall which was appreciated. Nice company and staff to deal with and hope to order again and would highly recommend for items of furniture that much different!
