Excellent customer service.
The owner called me twice to apologise because of the difficulties in getting their supplies from Ireland because of covid. (Not their fault!) They kept me updated and were wonderful to deal with. You have a loyal customer!

This is the first time I have ordered anything from here and I am delighted. Sausages, Club orange, Barm Brack, Tea Brack, biscuits, Tayto crisps all with excellent use by dates. It was so exciting to have it arrive at the door and I will definitely shop here again. Thank you.

I love the IrishShop! I recently returned from Ireland and wanted to purchase a couple of 'thank you' gifts, Irish gifts. The IrishShop had exactly what I wanted, and I was very pleased with my purchases. One was a jewelry case that I had engraved - it is beautiful. My merchandise arrived in the time frame anticipated, well packaged, merchandise perfect!
I will definitely be ordering again from this fine business. Christmas is a coming!

I had a very pleasing experience dealing with IrishShop.com. I was having a problem viewing the item I wanted and it was late in the sale date available. Customer service was able to fix my problem and extended the sale date for me to place my order. Also I couldn't be happier with the product that I purchased.

Customer service was good when placing the order but I ordered two rings, exactly the same to make a ring guard out of my mom's engagement ring after she passed. The rings weren't identical in the way that the craftmanship on one was not as good as the other. I can only tell myself and others that they were "handmade" instead of machine made and that is why they are different. I don't want to go to the hassle of returning them to Ireland so I will keep them and not dwell on the faulty ring. I like the fact that they are actually from Ireland because we are Irish, just wish quality control had looked at them a little closer before shipping.

The earrings are beautiful. I gave them to my mom as a gift. She lost the back to one almost immediately, so she called to see about getting a replacement. The service response was so friendly and quick - they're shipping another to her.

Very helpful in an error i made with ordering my sweatshirt and pendant. They contacted me and made me aware of this before processing my order. Thank u David
