Custom family crest ring with wax stamp
David was very responsive with our order and always got back to me for any of my questions within 24 hours. He kept me up to date on the progress and was open and honest with me when the initial ring created by the jeweler didn't meet the high standards of the Irish Shop. He aggressively pursued completing a second ring and got it shipped out to us over night at no extra expense in order to get the ring to us before my Son's birthday. The ring is of the highest quality and I know by my Son's expression that he will be keeping it for a life time. We are already considering future orders.

I love the Irish Shop....I've been buying their jewelry for a while now and never disappointed. Everything I've bought so far is absolutely gorgeous....fine quality and just beautiful and great customer service always working with David.

Beautiful!
I was looking for a special wedding gift for my nephew and saw the Irish Wedding Blessing. It was amazing as that was actually used as a toast at my wedding, so I purchased it and had it personalized. It is a beautiful, well-made item and is even better than the picture. And although there was a bit of a time crunch the Irish Shop got it to me with time to spare. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a special gift for a wedding anniversary or simply home decor.

Weathervane
I ordered a weathervane as a Mother's Day gift for my wife and received the item lacking the ability to be assembled. This was due to incorrect construction of the product. I am now waiting for the corrected product to be sent to us so that we can assemble the weathervane.....as was intended on Mother's Day.

Took too much time to get. It was made in the USA.
Waited over five weeks to get item. When finally delivered it was stamped made in America. Why the eait. I live in NY. It came from California. Ridiculous waste of time. Never again for your company.

you DID NOT wait 5 weeks. Your order was placed on March 12th and delivered on April 7th, this is within the delivery time promised on the product page. This product page states to allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.
The item description clearly states that is personalized in America. This item is made from heavy stoneware. It goes through a thorough process to ensure that the personalization endures. This is a high quality product and takes time to be made, but again this is clearly indicated in the product description.
