I ordered 2x .250g plates end of November. Contacted them 3 times and have only had one response. Still no tracking information. Wont be shopping again

Dodgy lead
Product arrived fine. But the lead into the clock is soooo touchy u can’t even lightly tap it and it turns off. I can’t be bothered paying for postage to rerun so it sits where thankfully I don’t have to come into contact with it
