The Night Before Christmas is a beautiful, personal, magical gift for your young family, excellent quality paper. In previous years I have chosen a hard backed cover, unfortunately the pages have become detached. This year I have ordered three more updated books due to my family growing, this time soft cover, the quality is very good. I would highly recommend.

RECEIVED SOMEONE ELSE'S BOOK
I have given only one star as I received the wrong book (the book was for someone else). So it's currently difficult to provide a more balanced review of the product. However, on contacting Customer Service, they were very helpful and apologetic. They have organised a new book to be printed and asked me to check back with them in 4 to 5 business days for the tracking. So the book will be late (which is a slight issue) but at least they will send another one out.
Update. I did receive the correct book in a relatively short time. However, the pages were stuck together and the first page was not stuck to the cover. On contacting the retailer, and with there being no time for a reprint (which they did offer), they did refund me very quickly. So if you have issues, their customer service is very customer focused and quick to respond and action any issues.

Very good quality book
Very good quality book and good story.Easy to order and quick delivery.My only small gripe is the book was slightly bent during delivery as the thin cardboard envelope was damaged but this is more to do with the postal service.

Birth of twins
This book is a beautiful memento of the birth of the twins. My daughter and her partner are delighted.
The website provided lots of different options to choose from and I found it easy to use.
The book was posted directly to my daughter so very convenient.
It was gift wrapped very nicely and was delivered within a week.
