Ison Harrison Solicitors Avis

Ison Harrison Solicitors, the worlds luckiest Solicitors.

The reason they are so lucky is that a number of years ago someone made a brilliant decision.

That decision was to employ Sonia Hussain.

Probably the the worlds greatest employee, she is BRIGHT, SMART, INTELLIGENT, second to none INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE, she has a skill that people think they have but don't and Sonia has it in abundance, the skill, is ENGAGEMENT.

She talks to Muppets like me in a language that I can understand, she has endless patience with Muppets like me who don't understand the first, second and third time, when I would be pulling my hair out, she is calm and professional and keeping it simple.

If you are buying or selling a house, I would use Ison Harrison but...... I would insist, the person handling my business would be the BRILLIANT, CHARMING, BRIGHT, CLEVER, SMART, INTELLIGENT Sonia Hussain.
To sum it up in one word, SUPERSTAR.

Also a mention to Ellie-Louise, also smart, bright, helpful and intelligent.

I wasn't at all happy with the service I received or the way I was charged. Despite agreeing a free upfront the fees kept increasing and I was only told after the fact. I was also not happy with the quality of the adivce.

We had a fantastic experience and couldn’t recommend the team enough. Communication was excellent throughout, we were always kept updated, and everyone was incredibly helpful, professional and proactive from start to finish.

A special thank you to Sarah for all her hard work, patience and persistence in getting everything completed smoothly. We really appreciated all the support throughout the process.

Thank you again for everything!

Shockingly bad. Failed to ensure my house was in my name, found out 4 years after the transaction was complete. Customer complaints are standoffish and rude. AVOID.

Our experience using Ison Harrison for the sale of our property and purchase of our new home was exemplary.
Jordan Rushforth was so professional, quick, efficient and thorough, I cannot praise the service enough.
Unfortunately, the other solicitors involved in our chain did not compare favourably, this only sought to highlight the excellence of Ison Harrison.

I sold my property and instructed Ison Harrison in Otley to deal with the sale. Leisha and Sarah have been absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process, kept us in the loop with constant updates and helped keep the sale as smooth sailing as possible.
I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody else looking for a good solicitor to deal with their purchase/sale.

Fast and efficient support from Charlotte at the Garforth branch. Great advice and happy to answer my many questions.

Jordan has been outstanding from beginning to end. We are so grateful to him for everything he did. We would highly recommend him to anyone

Always kept me up to date with the sale of my late sister in laws property. Both Sarah and Leashia were very helpful in explaining what information was needed.

Michelle and Liz were wonderful in helping purchase my first house. The communications were really clear and transparent. They were supportive throughout the process. I would highly recommend Ison Harrison, with Michelle and Liz. Thank you again!

Throughout my house purchase and subsequent house sale, Ison Harrison were thoroughly professional but also the people who I dealt with personally (Leisha Chapman and Sarah Smith) gave good advice and were helpful and pleasant to deal with. I would recommend Ison Harrison strongly.

First class service from Leashia and her assistant Sarah From beginning to the end of my house purchase I was kept informed and when I had a question this was answered immediately, nothing was to much trouble.
Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Ison Harrison.

My solicitors for selling my house were Ison Harrison in Pontefract.
Jordan Rushforth was amazing.
Never sold a house before so was like a deer in headlights.
He was so patient and helped me through, what was a really stressful time.
I couldn’t be more grateful.

Exceptional Service and Jordan was amazing 🤩

I have to say Leashia and her assistant Sarah did a great job, communication was amazing with Leashia did not have to wait long for a response. There was a part where I felt the progress could have moved along a little quicker as I know there was some enquiries that were received and not dealt with as quick as I would have expected but maybe this was due to work load. But I have to say in the end they pulled out all the stops and got it progressing back on track. Thank you ladies for all your hard work.

The dedication and commitment from the team was incredible. They reassured me through the process of buying my house to make it less stressful. Would like to especially mention Rebecca and Leah in the Leeds office for all the hard work. Thank you so much for everything

Sarah was extremely efficient and friendly. Her email correspondence was clear and easy to understand. We were very happy with their services.

Thanks Sarah

Despite the buyers solicitors being incredibly slow to respond / act throughout the process Hayley (and other colleagues when appropriate) was fantastic throughout the process, persistent, professional, clearly communicating all updates or challenges and I’d have no hesitation recommending both Hayley and Ison Harrison. Thank you!

I instructed Ison Harrison following the sudden closure of my previous solicitors, and Andrew Rodbourne took over my sale mid-transaction.

From the outset, Andrew was proactive, responsive, and clear in his communication. He quickly got up to speed, ensured the file was transferred, and kept everything moving forward despite the disruption.

What could have been a very stressful situation was handled calmly and efficiently. I always felt informed and supported, and the matter completed smoothly.

Thank you, Andrew — I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
