love the various holiday products Issta has. I can always find a product that fits my pocket at that time of my holiday planing and been very lucky those days to find a agent that had good knowledge on those products, but most important is that they also deliver accordingly to my expectations with other words more or less a perfect holiday. Customer service is non-existent. You can go around in circles. The bot will not take care of you. I did not receive a refund or even a reply for a canceled flight.

הזמנתי טיסות לקפריסין ל-6 בני משפחתי דרך איסתא. איסתא ביצעה את ההזמנה דרך חברת WIZZAIR. קיבלתי הודעה על ביטול הטיסה ב-17.6.25. ב20.6 העבירה לי וויזאייר העתק של החזרי תשלום שביצעה בהעברה לחשבונה של חברת איסתא. שלחתי לחברת איסתא את המסמכים ולמרות זאת עד היום 27.8 לא קיבלתי את הכסף. התשובות שקיבלתי לפניותיי מעוררות חשד שהחברה לא מתכוונת להחזיר כספים ללא שתוגש נגדה תביעה. מציע לכולם להתרחק מאיסתא

An awful company you MUST avoid. They only delay works and make it even more complicated. Their staff are not professional in handling requests and impolite. Never ever again.
