I ran into a problem at some stage of my course and contacted the customer care certain times but no one bothered except th representative Ryan who was very helpful, sincere and serious about his job.

I've been reading forums and I'm aghast that clients/students have to pay for a .pdf file of their qualification/diploma.

My experience was fabolous and unique.
My experience was fabolous and fantastic, the learning sector is good each topics touches the basic needs, and was like a real universities lectures no different at all, I think in the future i expect the authorities to award degrees as a certificate.
