Am so grateful to the team here...I have been struggling with some software issues and, at the end of my tether, contacted them for help. I took my Mac in and they spent half an hour with me - exploring, helping, making some practical changes - and also advising me about things to do in the future. Because the underlying issue remains and is to do with the age of my Mac, they didn't even charge me which was astonishing - and I am so grateful.

As someone who struggles with my Mac beyond the basics, it makes a big difference to know there is support there.

There is definitely a new Mac on the horizon and I will be using these guys for that - am just really pleased to have found some local support.

I was delighted by the way IT repairs completely rejuvenated my ailing 2015 iMac in a remarkably short space of time. The machine is now even quicker and more responsive than when it was new. My wife and I also greatly appreciated the good humoured patience of the senior Apple technician. We are pleased to subscribe to the insurance cover offered by IT repairs. We live in a remote rural area and it gives us peace of mind.

I am so impressed by the staff in this company. They are courteous, highly skilled and patient. They have always sorted my IT problems, giving generously of their time and expertise.

The newly (two years?) established IT Centre behind B&Q is really easy to get to, and has sorted my problems rapidly and remarkably reasonably. I have two laptops which I drop and spill coffee over quite often, but nothing fazes the Centre, and repairs and/or replacements always happen at speed, which is the most important thing as far as I'm concerned. They are friendly, welcoming, and understanding, and you really feel you and your machines are getting personal attention.

In my experience IT Repairs provide an excellent service and do not ask for any upfront payment, but advise in advance of any costs for their work fixing your devices.
I have used IT Repairs several times over the last two years; each time they fixed my problems without fuss and the costs were very realistic, for data recovery, Mac repairs and iPhone issues.

An excellent company, I have an iMac and find that Mac the engineer is just brilliant he is extremely helpful and certainly knows his job, a lovely man.
The prices are very good too and it is such a pleasure to deal with them.

i have used this company twice in the last six months. Both times the suitably named Mac has given me expert same-day advice and service. He quickly found a bit of faulty RAM that was causing problems on my iMac and sorted it out. Then supplied and fitted a new SD hard drive at a very fair cost. I think they are a great company and would recommend them highly.

Sorted a problem when an AVG download meant I was unable to connect to the internet. Prompt friendly service with no jargon just common sense explanation and service. Would use again.

Left my six year old iMac with them for 24 hours and next day it was transformed and now works better than when new because they installed a solid state hard drive. That was about 12 months ago and it has been sound ever since

I have dealt with this company several times over last year or so and can't fault their service and attitude. Even after initial charge has been made, there are several follow up services that are all included in the payment. Even advised us not to repair an i-pad and showed us a work round for the problem without making any charge.
