Deliveries are made on time which is great for gifts. I’ve also received some posies from other people as a gift and they are so pretty. I love the refill service too - great idea.

Really good customer support. My order got redirected and relabelled by the courier for some weird reason. Ivy and Bud were Suoer efficient sorting it out. I thought the flowers would be in poor condition on arrival as the delivery was protracted, but the were fine. All down to the thoughtful way they were packed. Have used Ivy and bud previously and always been happy with them

I received some posies from from Ivy and Bud as a good luck gift a few years ago and they were beautiful & most unusual.
So I decided to use them for my wedding and had a very good experience. Beth was really helpful & efficient and the flowers were beautiful & great quality. They provided a very personal service - which is just right for a wedding and I would HIGHLY recommend!

This is as much DPD’s fault as Ivy and Bud’s. Ordered a small posey refill with a £7.90 delivery charge, which in itself is extortionate!! However, DPD said I had refused the delivery (I had not) and they told I&B the driver couldn’t find my address (DPD regularly do this to me - institutional lying!!). Anyway, I felt as though Beth on customer services questioned my version of events. Was told they would resend for free if I paid the delivery. REALLY???? Told Beth that wasn’t going to happen as I had already paid for delivery and received nothing. I’m going to be refunded in full apparently, so hopefully I’ll see that arrive in my account promptly. It’s a shame, because I think their flowers are lovely, but crap customer service means I won’t be using them again.

Assume this company have gone out of business. No reply to emails and WhatsApp messages not going through. Phone sounds disconnected when I tried to call. I'd asked them to arrange flowers for my husband's funeral and had agreed a price then they disappeared. Appalling.
EDITED: After reading the reply from this business, I absolutely refute their version of events. There were no "multiple attempts to contact me" other than an email late afternoon on Friday, 20th March (basically less than one working day before my husband's funeral) providing details of how to pay them! How any business could leave it until the last possible moment before contacting a grieving widow about funeral flowers is absolutely beyond me. Of course I had to source another supplier - how could I possibly leave it to chance? Any business worth their salt would understand this and would have responded appropriately.

I've now placed two orders with this fantastic little company and I'm very impressed. I sent a posy to my friend who loved it. She told me that her daughter had admired it too. I liked the look of them so much that I ordered some for myself. I have had two small posies delivered now and I am so pleased with them. They are absolutely gorgeous and in my opinion great value.
The posies come beautifully packaged in a sturdy, protective box with a handwritten card and wrapped in rustic brown paper with string. The flowers are kept fresh in transit with damp cotton wool and a gel. All you have to do is add water to a vase and snip the ends. The posies themselves are gorgeous - very cottage garden - and they arrive fresh.
I did have one posy arrive in the middle of a heat wave that looked like it had suffered a bit (and from rough courier handling) so I contacted the company who responded quickly and were super helpful. They are now my florist of choice as they do posies of varying sizes so you can choose what is right for you. Better still, all the flowers are British grown (not shipped from across the globe) and are seasonal and handpicked to order. Highly recommended.
