I explained in full my issue and found the member of staff who dealt with me to be extremely efficient. I received the item I had contacted them about this morning 11th October. So all in all a very speedy response and I am a very satisfied customer

Lovely dresses
Always great products and they fit my body shape perfectly. Generous sizing, so might have to start ordering smaller size in the future as I’ve lost a little weight. I have numerous dresses from Isabel, layer up fir winter or use as they are for warmer days.

I accidently returned a parcel to them instead of the original company I ordered from. Izabel team spent hours locating my item and returned it to myself free of charge. Just wanted to say this was the first time I have ordered from Izabel and I am over the moon with my purchase. I never know what the quality will be as have ordered from other sites and have been very disappointed by quality but not this time. The delivery was quick, the dress is absolutely fabulous and material beautiful very high end. I am so pleased with it. I decided to go up a size as I saw this dress in a local store in size 16 and it seemed small. So glad I did as it fits perfect. I am an older woman but still like to look feminine. This dress is just that. So thank you Izabel clothing for great quality clothing first class delivery and service. So much better than all the other online stores.
