Easy to follow and understand, especially for us elderly people
Terrible communication all round. They serve many disabled customers and so they know the value of the disabled pound. However, they have also taken it for granted.
Their courier of choice, inescapable is the incompetent company Hermes, a service so bad, it needed to change name to Evri.
Neither company seems interested in delivering goods to their customers, nor communicating with them. Both defaulting to heavy use of templates & generative AI.
Want your order to be delivered on a bank holiday? It could be! If delivered to a business that's closed on said bank holiday. Then spend another 3 days, not delivering the parcel.
Impersonal, and so vague that they can't even deign themselves to send updates on your order through an email.
Avoid if you can. Do not do business with people who would associate with Evri or Hermes.
Offer free shipping over certain amount on order, however you decide to pay for next day shipping.
Remember they have no obligation to deliver within the one working day stated on the shipping and will only refund £1 as it turns out that the standard shipping that was offered for free is actually £5

Awful company and customer Service. Stay away I repeat stay away. EVRI and Jacamo need to sort out their logistics.
I ordered a parcel a week ago and it said it would be delivered on Monday. It wasn't for some reason maybe bank holiday but am not sure.
I heard nothing from EVRI or Jacamo for 24 hours I had to call EVRI who said we are unable to deliver it so speak to Jacamo. I spoke to jacamo who say they dont know where my parcel is. Instead of allowing a refund they make you wait 24 hours for the backend team to investigate. If you need urgent clothes for a special occasion do not rely on this company. Their delivery system is a mess. May be it is EVRI who are at fault but Jacamo decided to partner with them.
This has now happened to me twice so I will never use this company again because once is a mistake twice is a pattern of a disorganised institution.

On Wednesday the 01/10/25 I placed an order for a 50 inches Toshiba TV, so on Monday the 06/10/25 i have received the TV after setting up the TV i realize that there is a problem with the item has there was error messages coming on the item and it keeps cutting in and out and then there was a blue screen and red screen split in half on the TV screen , then i have call Jacamo and explain to them what is wrong and they have been giving me the run around almost over 1 week without a TV in a home at this point i was hungry, and now i am still having the same problem aging this year and no one from the management team can be bother to call me and to try and sort this out and now i am back to square one without a TV to watch and every advisor that i have speak with they are telling me that a manager will call me within 24 to 48 hours and that time has pass and no calls from them JACAMO is one of the worst company that i have come across and customer should stay away from them because they are not true to there words and don't value there customers this is a shame if i could give a zero ratings i would, they are glad to take your money but don't want to solve your problem that you have got with them.
Ordered and paid £5.99 for Next Day Delivery. The delivery is now 4 days late, tried contacting Jakamo, their chat bot experience is as bad as it gets, also tried to speak to an adviser which is virtually impossible. Their delivery company EVRI are even worse, it’s also impossible to get anywhere with them. Now I’ve been told that because the next day delivery has failed it’ll take up to a week longer. Worst delivery and customer service experience ever!
I recently received a highly insulting text message and email from this bunch informing me I had not paid my bill, and offering me some sort of financial counselling.
When I checked my account, I discovered that all my payments are bang up to date, and that I owed them nothing! I was so angry at being falsely accused of being a bill dodger, I've now closed my account. I will not be going back.
Delivery 3 days late, after purchasing next day delivery.
Customer service not empowered to help, just the usual responce of 'give it until after the wekend and contact us again'

An absolute embarrassment for such a large Company that should know how to respect and listen to their customers.
I was promised help - Nothing.
I was promised return phone calls - Nothing.
They promised a £70 reimbursement- Nothing.
They just then ignored follow ups….

I had an account for a while with 200 credit limit which was fine they then put it up to 450 because I was making payments on time or early. Tried log in one day to get message this account can no longer be used they still owe me 10 pound and are no longer replying to email. I would strongly advise not to use this site absolutely disgusting customer service
Been a customer of Jacamo for many years now, never had any issues with logging in, delivery or returns until recently.
Placed an order several weeks ago, had to return part of it. New returns process which I followed, still haven’t received my refund.
Tried logging into my account using my details, error message coming up saying that the account can no longer be used. Tried contacting customer support to find out why I can’t access my account & where my refund is. They can’t get into it as it has an old phone number linked to it (which I understand for security reasons).
I just can’t understand why it looks like my account has been blocked 🚫 when they still owe me money. Would never recommend using Jacamo again unless they can tell me why I have been blocked
Ordering is easy, choice is amazing and prices aren’t too bad. But receiving your order is like trying to throw a rock at the moon!
Twice now Ervi have failed to deliver the item next day as paid for! With 3-4days standard, Jacamo customer service seem to keep similar time lines in responding! Their solution £1.50 refund!
Latest order was simple, pair of swim shorts which I needed next day as I was invited to a pool party last minute, still waiting the day after the pool party that I sat at the side of the pool for. Ervi don’t know where the parcel is, Jacamo don’t answer their customers.
Had it now with this company and their sub standard service. Do not use this company unless you are not in a hurry and you enjoy being ignored then insulted by customer service response times and offers. Save the hassle and use anywhere other than this company.

As I have heard nothing from Jacamo about the delay I was understandably surprised and annoyed on hearing that. The customer service agent then said the website says next-day delivery is not guaranteed – but when I went back to check that the description at checkout says:
"Next Day Delivery £5.99
Delivered by [tomorrow's date] if ordered before 11pm (exc Sundays/Bank Holidays)"
When I requested to cancel the order and issue a refund they said it would take 14 days for the courier to get the package back to them as it's in transit and then the refund would have to be processed. So almost a full month to refund the shoes despite never having received them – what?!
When customers make plans around the paid-for delivery service YOU offer, you should immediately communicate delays in precise terms via email before it leads to this.
An absolute shambles. Would not recommend.
customer service is horrendous tried to contact customer service about my address being listed but not being accepted for an order I was on chat for 2hrs with Fundiswa Grootboom waiting for a response they asked a few questions in first five mins and then proceeded to just ignore me. asked for a manager and ignored I dread to think what it would be like to receive anything from them glad I cant now.
I went for a finance and got 850 pound so I ordered a tv for my wife and 2 days later they cancelled the tv and took my finance away talk a bout dirty or what
SCAM - Jacamo.co.uk is a SCAM - They send you letters saying you have an account with them when you don't. They say you will be charged and they don't even have your card details - making you phone them and charging you per min on the call. Police should be looking into Jacamo - these companies should be shut down. They also wont delete your personal details - Breaching GDPR @police #Police #scam #Jacamo
Ever since Jacamo have been using Evri as a supplier their service has been terrible. Haven't used them in ages, thought id try again. Shouldn't have bothered. Total waste of time.
