Jackets Creator Avis 302

This coat is not leather as advertised and I'm having trouble getting a return shipping label and they don't want to give me a full refund. Don't waste your time ordering from this company. It's a complete rip off

Jacket looks straight out of the 1980’s. Love it.

I had 4 issues with my first & only order with Jackets Creator:

1) Tight Fit: The overall fit of the jacket is too snug / too tight of a fit / too small. I normally wear a size medium jacket but I ordered a size large just to be safe (it's OK for a jacket to be slightly loose rather than too tight). I used the size charts on the website and it should have been fine.
2) Left Hand Zipper: In the United States, men's jackets zip from the right hand side (the zipper pull is located on the right side of the jacket. This jacket was made as a women's jacket (the zipper pull is located on the left side - left hand side).
3) Hood is Too Shallow: The hood of the jacket is too shallow. Since the hood is not deep enough, there is no overhang from your head (regular jacket hood is ~10" deep vs. ~8" deep - that 2" difference is were the problem is). All jackets that I have ever purchased have some overhang (depth) to act as a sort of a hat brim which provides coverage for your face from the rain or snow.
4) Jacket Pockets Openings Too Small: The openings to the jacket pockets are ~5" which compares to ~6.5" for a regular jacket (~1.5" smaller). This creates a problem when attempting to insert your winter gloves into the pockets. The narrow pocket openings make it very difficult to be holding a winter glove in your hand and then be able to insert the glove deep enough into the pocket so that the glove does not easily fall out. That ~1.5" difference is where the problem is.

Everything worked like clock work and my son loves the coat!

Order took longer to return than usual a whole month longer

I think one star is too much. They do not honor what they say. When I made my purchase it stated 15 working days. I continued to reach out to them and there was nothing g but one excuse after another. I will never purchase from them again.

You took too long from order to Delivery!!!!!

Ordered RPD vest in my usual size, and it fits perfectly! The sizing chart provided was accurate, ensuring a comfortable and flattering fit.

The buttons started to break or fall of after the first week. I am missing 3 of them now.
Stitches are not of a good quality either.

I'm so glad I found this website. The garment is high quality and seems like it will last a long time. It is obviously handmade from the best materials. Such a great value!

Pretty good jacket, inside material is comfy. Outside material is a bit rough but nothing too uncomfortable. I ordered my size (XXL) and it was still a tad small, almost like I could rip the seams if I stretched forward. This made walking for long periods, as well as carrying a backpack, more difficult. Be sure to order a size larger than your shirt or jacket size!

Size chart is difficult to decipher. Jacket I bought was way too small and they wanted me to pay $50 to return it! Gonna have to resell it myself.

This lot great from afar but the jacket arrived stained and damaged, with stitching badly finished and already unraveling.

Really disappointed given the price
