All was well I played for a while I then decided I no longer wished to gamble and closed my account then came issues , I had over £100 in there I had to ask them to refund they didn’t offer I then sent bank statements passports recent bill Iban then they wanted proof of two transactions (I sent) but despite code wanted my name to also be on there not possible without giving them access to bank but transaction id numbers could be seen , took over week for them to decide this too repeated emails to point I’m fed up and got to point I realised they won’t pay me my money just making the process impossible ,I emailed politely stating this and that I would write this review three days ago and not even decency to reply , total sham don’t waste your money you may not be one lucky ones who have been paid

Its now been over 2 weeks and withdrawal not paid. Customer support is useless. Don'r use this site. Its a scam. I have sent in my bank statements and spoke to the bank as requested. I keep being told to be patient and its with the relevent team. Its a joke.
