Made a withdrawel on 1st may and still no money, had to send bank statements to prod I have not received. Today is now 8th. My account has now been suspended and I’m unsure if I will ever receive the money. I was a good customer so not sure why this has happened. Day 12 and still no winnings after sending document after document and hours of contacting them. Taking legal advice. Now blocked me out of account completely because u don’t all the asked if me and I dared to ask for my winnings I was owed

So I have been using this site for months, verification went through no problem, then 3 weeks ago I was unable to withdraw my winnings, I was told I wasn't verified and had to go through the process all over again, I was asked for a particular deposit bank details etc but it was rejected, l spoke to someone on chat several times and all they say is send what's asked for and it will go through, unable to withdraw winnings till this is sorted, nightmare, I understand the verification process but why twice, not using this site again

Wish I had read reviews about this company before playing. I had won £56 and decided to withdraw but wasn't allowed due to 'withdrawal limit' which i wasn't aware of.
In the t&c it states in very small writing very far down that limits can vary in different countries but doesn't actually tell you what the limit is until you try to withdraw of course!
I've been back and forth with the support email but still not budging. For information no company should have any withdrawal limits as its against the CMA rules. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID using this app as you won't get your winnings.
