Showroom Joe
I travelled from Hertfordshire to visit Jacksons Leisure Showroom after organising an appointment with Joe via their online phone system for a tour of the showroom and some advice for my new full crafter conversion. I walked in and was greeted by Joe, who i noticed was no older then 21, which made me panick slightly. I was wrong, what a helpful positive young chap,its quite refreshing to see in a generation of unmotivated staff. i ended up ordering my full coinversion that day due to the advice and suggetsions received, i was also directed by a lady called Imagin, another young one who was friendly.
Well done to the showroom team you deserve a wack on the back and a sherry from me when I have the money!

Bad communication and service doesn't…
Bad communication and service doesn't come with instructions or the screws and they take 2/3 days before you get a reply if you get one at all!! And the delivery was awful didn't even knock the door just left it outside.

We’re sorry to hear you feel this way, however we do need to clarify a few points.
Your order was placed in the evening after closing and was dispatched the following working day. It was sent on a next day service, which couriers typically advise can take 1–2 working days during busy periods, and was delivered within that time-frame.
The delivery being left without a signature is not in line with the service used, and this will be raised with the courier.
You also contacted us on the day of delivery and received a response the same day. In the response we clarified it isn't stated they are included in the product listing as this item does not come supplied with fitting instructions or screws as standard, and is generally intended to be installed by a suitably qualified fitter.
Based on the above, we do not feel this review accurately reflects the service provided.
