JT will not respond to requests asked…

JT will not respond to requests asked about my shipment. The address just simply needs to be updated and I'm now over 8 days without a response and the package is now showing shipped...of course after a paypal claim was made.... they're still not responding

I ordered a medium pair of pants for…

I ordered a medium pair of pants for $40 over a month ago. It says medium on the order page, confirmation, everything. The pants come in and they sent me a small. I try and get a refund or contact customer support and two days later I get an auto reply bot saying they'll have a real reply in 24 hours. Two weeks pass and nothing. I've tried getting ahold of them numerous times and still nothing. They just screwed me out of $40 and ran with it. They used to be a great place to get great clothes but it isn't worth the bother anymore. If they could at least get the order right the first time then I wouldn't even have to be worried about how absolutely terrible their support is. I shopped with them for 4 or more years and I'm not giving them another dime.

BEWARE!!

I ordered 2 pairs of pants and they were estimated to be delivered Dec 28. When the day came and they did not arrive, I sent an email to JackThread's customer service email and got a reply back an entire week later and the employee didn't even acknowledge my problem.I played email tag with someone for weeks, still no package. They never even addressed my issue and I kept getting more and more indignant. Never got my pants, tried to get my money back and that was a huge hassle. BEWARE!!

Everything from here has been incredible, shipped fast and on time, and their service for returns has been more than accommodating. I LOVE getting my stuff here. It is probably my favourite place to shop.

well like i said before jack treads was a good website to shop and i bought many things from there site and i have had no problems with it until like around there farwell sale in which i order something on may 8 and it was supposed to be here by the 16 of may but it was never delivered and still didn't get a tracking number so i was worried. Until now i got a tracking number which was yesterday may 26 and my order should be here soon. so who ever bought something during the farewell sale just be patient your oder will arrive soon and you will get a tracking number. it's taking a long time since they have few workers so just wait and they will get to you soon.

Am I ever getting my stuff?

So, I have made purchases from Jack Threads in the past. They had always delivered without an issue.
I purchased some items from their farewell sale, on May 10th, and it was supposed to be shipped to me and received by May 18th. I have not received it. I keep calling them and it goes to voicemail. I have sent numerous e-mails, and no one gets back to me.
They also charged my card for an order I cancelled, and they still haven't put the money back into my account.
Am I ever getting my stuff, or my money back?

JT WAS THE BEST R.I.P.

Anyone who used JT before 2017 knows they were awesome for the 8 years prior. Tough times and going out of business will certainly tank your level of customer service, which is what happened this year. Thanks for all the swag and deals, JT. You'll be missed.

I think everyone needs to understand …

I think everyone needs to understand that JT is going out of business. This was unfortunate news as they have a vast assorment of awesome clothing for men But it should've been forecasted when they stopped doing the tryouts option months ago. I've ordered from them since and have received exactly what I ordered. Now, because they're running out of business or were facing whatever type of financial issues, I still think they needed to keep their customer service team alive until their last breath because so far it's a horrible customer experience to have the phones on and have it route to a dead end message to offer a call back. It's misleading and leaves the customer with questions as to what the hell is going on over there, did anyone think about what were going to do about our customers if they call about their order? Who's going to answer the phones? Maybe JT will rebrand because so far if they come back despite some customers having good experiences but also many bad ones, the bad more than good ones won't come back at all to shop at JT. Finally, I stand by everyone that's made a purchase recently, before they officially close their digital doors this Friday. Where the hell is my tracking information??? It's been several days now since my order and so far, all I've received was a email mentioning how they're placing all my items in one package so it's more efficient, ok? All there is, is information on my estimated delivery date but no shipping information yet and as I said it's been about three days to be exact going on four since my order creation, I'm starting to get worried, all I know is my items better get delivered, just saying. I'll give an update as soon as I get any form of communication from JT. Great place to shop for guys but they should've never let go of their CSAs.

This is a fraudulent business that will …

This is a fraudulent business that will steal your money and not ship you the items you paid them for.

I placed an order for 150 dollars in march. It never shipped. It's now May and they still haven't shipped. It still says "processing." Their customer service line is literally an answering machine. No one calls you back or responds to emails.

What they are doing is straight up illegal. Stay away from this company at all costs.

If any customer service representative is reading this, my order number is 4883361. I'll update this review if you ever respond.

It has been 2 weeks and no one answers …

It has been 2 weeks and no one answers your call. Their 800 number goes right to voicemail where it says that will call you back shortly but they never do. They shipped 2 different shoes in the box and I have been trying to return them for 2 weeks with no response from them.

They don't have a customer service, they don't reply you back on mail and still they run their ad plans

Probably the worst in USA!

Never buy anything from this company!!!!!!

I will never EVER buy anything from Jack Threads again and neither should you!! I made a large purchase back in March, and half of the order needed to be exchanged for different sizes. I assumed that I could do the exchange on the paperwork that came with the original order so I went to the JT website, and from there to "return and exchanges" on the dropdown menu. I designated "store credit" and printed out the return label. Unfortunately, when I looked at the paperwork, there wasn't any place to do an exchange. All that was included on the JT letterhead invoice was the shipping information, the billing information, the date, packaging contents and the order number -- WHICH WAS THE WRONG NUMBER! It didn't even match any order number on my purchase history. I immediately called the number that is posted on the Jack Threads web site and it was a recording, someone talking about how they would return all calls promptly as we are very important to their business. I left a message and also left an email. The next day I ordered the clothing articles in different sizes as I didn't want to wait because we were going out of town and needed the new clothes for our trip. A day later I left another phone message and email. I posted the same messagES the next day -- This has gone on every day for the last month! No one has EVER acknowledged my calls or emails! I wrote an explanation on a copy of the invoice of what had happened and asked that my credit card be refunded. Then I included it in the original JT shipping box with the returned items. I finally returned the clothes that didn't fit on April 10th via UPS with the label obtained through Jack Threads. As of today, April 20th, the JT website hasn't even acknowledged that they have received my returned items. I DO NOT want store credit I want my card credited with the outstanding amount. Of course, JT was happy to fill my new order (and take my money again).... What the heck is the deal?????

Disgusting, Jackthreads, disgusting...

Here’s something that Jackthreads did which I find really DISGUSTING!

I have about $90 credit in my Jackthreads account and I was trying to buy something that costs about $130 so I would only have to pay $40 at checkout. When I attempted checking out, it kept telling me to call customer service. All my information is correct, so I went back and tried many times and still didn’t work.

I began thinking that Jackthreads won’t let me check out because they won’t let me spend that $90 credit.

I was wondering if that is actually the case. So I created a new account. I put a pair of shades in my cart and the transaction WENT THROUGH!

I have been a faithful customer and those credit are from the returned items in many orders. They never returned the money to my original payment method but in a form of credit on my account. I was fine with it because I thought I will eventually use them anyway. Not anymore! They are not having technical difficulties, they are just not letting users to use their credit so they can suck more money to fix whatever problem they have. I hope they fix this as soon as possible.

JT does not have customer service

JT does not have customer service. I have tried for months to get a response from them and they have never returned my call (having left multiple voice messages), and have not responded to multiple emails concerning an exchange in size. I will not order from them again. Very disappointing.....

Customer service is non existent.

I order 2 pairs of shorts and they were too small. Pressed the return button in the App and it said that I didn't qualify for returns. My email clearly says that I have up to 30 day free return on the shorts. So I tried to contact customer service via email. Waited about 2 hours before I got an email. It was just an ad email.

I've sent about 28 emails now and have called their 800 number numerous times as well. Absolutely no response.

I did some snooping around on Google and found they have laid off most, if not all, of their customer service reps. And theyre currently going out of business.

Looks as if they kept their shipping dept and are stil sending out orders and not caring about if those orders are correct. Seems like a crooked last minute money grab to me.
