Item arrived promptly and in good condition. My only complaint is that I was promised that I would receive an email to notify me when the parcel had been dispatched. This was not sent to me. Otherwise the service was first class.

Hi,
We are sorry that you are not happy with our service and apologise for the delay in dispatching your order but we did advise you on 8th August that we were waiting for the 750ml Act Original to come back into stock and offered to send the 1 litre Act Original instead to which you agreed.
We advised that delivery would be on Friday (today) but unfortunately had to send an email this morning apologising as our delivery van had broken down.
Therefore we arranged for the courier to pick up the parcels today and deliver them tomorrow (Saturday) at an additional cost to ourselves which of course we were willing to pay so that you did not have to wait any longer for your order.
Apologies again for the delay in dispatching your order.
