Quick delivery and good customer service
I brought a product as a member of public. I had called the company and spoke to someone of the phone, he was professional and helpful. The delivery was one day. Really happy with service and delivery, if they provide me service and deliver like this every time. Then they have a customer for life.

Faulty goods not refunded
I bought a product from this company recently and it broke after two days,I emailed them to provide me with a replacement and they fobbed me off saying they would contact the manufacturer of the product,got no reply for two weeks,so emailed them again and they have basically said it was my fault.
Please be aware of this company!!!!

The customer bought a Craftex Storage Carry Bag. He informed us that the bag had broken and sent photos that we forwarded on to Craftex for them to assess the damage. Craftex concluded that the bag had been overfilled which had caused the seam to split. Therefore, we were advised not to refund the customer due to user fault.
The customer then opened a dispute with Paypal in order to reverse the payment for the bag. We provided all the information and the photos of the damaged bag to Paypal and following a review, Paypal decided in our favour and the payment reversal was refused.
We pride ourselves on our customer service and occasionally we make errors. We then endeavor to resolve the issue as quickly as possible but on this occasion, as Craftex and Paypal both felt that the bag was damaged through user fault, we followed their advice and did not issue a refund.

Absolutely first class in every way
Cannot fault the service of this company. Fast acknowledgment of order, dispatch communication followed promptly and delivery was exactly as stated.
