Most secure option for social media agencies

What made Jarvee the best option for me is:

1- I installed the software in my laptop and all my social accounts passwords and data is inside it, they don't ask you to enter the passwords in their website and therefore they don't have access to your accounts passwords.

I asked their support and they confirmed that they don't keep anything in their servers.

So make sure you make your own backups from time to time to avoid doing everything from scratch ( happened to my friend ).

2- It supports a lot of social media networks and not just Instagram, so you can have everything managed from just one software without the need to pay for multiple tools.

3- Their support is very active - they reply withing hours.

It's the best tool out there but there's a learning curve to go through first.

Good turned to be Poor

Used to be a good service but roughly a 6M ago, I started getting blocks from Instagram. I tried to reach out to the support, followed every advice they gave me, but nothing worked. Every time I contact them again, they only give me some default solution, what I've already tried, but that's it. Now I'm giving them a last chance to solve it, but I'm on a serious lookout for a new tool. Jarvee is only causing me a headache.

Did support manage to help you out in the end? That's about the time that Instagram changed a lot of their filters, we constantly update our tool though and our support does all it can to help everyone with their issues. Let us know if you still need help with anything.

I've been using Jarvee for 1.5 years

I've been using Jarvee for 1.5 years. It's a great automation tool with a lot of supported social media platforms. At first I focused only on Instagram, but now I also have Facebook and Pinterest accounts running my campaign.

Once a great tool

Once a great tool, now with the instagram blocks, it is terrible and not worth the price it once was.

Well, you said it youself, Instagram did something, it's happening if you do actions manually as well. Also, the tool has a lot more than just Instagram you might want to take a look at that as well.

Works great at first but then gets you blocked on Instagram. Great idea, but unfortunately no longer useful for Instagram.

Instagram got tricky, it's still doable, but you need to know what you're doing.

The product is very impressive BUT

The product is very impressive.
Sure now with all the bot attack by Instagram, it has lots of issues, but the tool is amazing, let you configure almost everything possible.

The problem is the customer service.
H O R R I B L E
Only by mail, it take a day to get response. Most of the responses are not more than lame....
In some cases you get a proper answer, but still... Not something you can build on ...

Still, all in all, among all the other alternatives, this is the best you can get....

Thank you for your review, we might have had some harder periods full of tickets at support, but overall we do our best to help everyone in a timely manner and most of our customers are quite happy with our support.

This is a Review of their Customer…

This is a Review of their Customer Service Not Their Product!!!
I have tried 2 times to use this software and both times it has failed to load correctly...
So then you are supposed to play ping pong with there customer support for days...
They don't actually try and fix anything they just send you question after question, it's actually the same questions just worded differently.
How can "I cannot access your software" warrant more than a couple of emails...
I should imagine if I was paying the big bucks I would have received the big bucks service, but my account was only $348 a year, so not worth bothering with...

Footnote: I posted this review on the 24th May 2019, they replied to this review on 20th Jan 2020... Sums up their Customer Care...

We never view it like that and we take care of each and every customer as best as we can. Support people don't have access to any information about payments so this is never an issue, if you are a client you get the same treatment and most of our clients are happy with how we treat them. Sorry to hear you had a different experience.

As for your footnote, we only offer support via email on our support channel. It's quite impossible to search the web whole day and reply to everyone that posted a random question on a different site. I've only replied now, because it's the same day I've created an account here. Also, there will be no support offered here or anywhere else except our support mail.
