Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. As discussed on the phone, we were genuinely sorry for the error with the plates on your order and apologised at the time.
We also offered to remake and replace the incorrect plates straight away. While mistakes are very rare for us - as reflected in our thousands of 5-star reviews - we are human, and on this occasion something did go wrong.
We’re disappointed that despite our conversation and attempt to resolve the issue, you still felt the need to leave a poor review, but we do appreciate you raising your concerns.

Thank you for updating your review and for your kind comments about our phone conversation - we do appreciate that. We’re glad we were able to speak with you, apologise, and arrange the replacement plates for you.

Regarding the size of the writing on the plate, unfortunately, the more text that is added, the smaller the engraving must be to fit the plate. Some awards are limited by the plate size, but we always provide a larger plate where possible to accommodate more text. We’re pleased to hear your son was still very happy with his trophy.

What a lovely company!
What a lovely company. They did a fantastic job with the 30-odd trophies we ordered recently. The trophies arrived in perfect condition. They were beautifully engraved, and the packaging for the trophies was excellent. They answered all my queries promptly and were polite, helpful, and really went above and beyond because of the relatively short lead time in which we put our order through. I would not hesitate to recommend Jaycee Trophies. We will definitely be back for our next round of trophies for the Complementary Medical Association Awards.

Fast turnaround, good value and great personalised trophies
I've been using Jaycee Trophies for over 10 years now.
Their trophies look great, feel good quality and are reasonably priced.
The engraving is always accurate, looks good and adds a personalised feel. Their turnaround time has always met, or exceeded my expectations.
And I love the new, quality, low-cost, engravable medals with optional ribbons and display box.
