Jaycotts Sewing Supplies Avis 

First of all I liked that the description of the dressmakers tracing paper gave useful and detailed information; size of sheets, transparency, how it can be used, etc. as I wasn't sure about which type I wanted. It was also slightly cheaper than on a couple of other sites I found. Then I noticed that orders before 2pm are usually processed the same day. It was 13:55 on a Friday, so I quickly submitted my order. It was immediately received, processed a few minutes later and dispatched at 14:10 using the standard 24 hour tracked delivery for £1.99, which I think is pretty good value. And it did indeed arrive within 24 hours - on a Saturday. Thank you Jaycotts

Called in today as thread kept snapping on my machine. I didn't buy my machine from Jaycotts yet they took the time to test different needles and threads and sorted the problem. Fantastic service, friendly staff who went above and beyond to help me. I bought new needles and thread, both competitively priced, I will definitely be going back. Thanks so much, you are brill!

Such great customer service, husband rang to check if something was in stock and I picked it up later the same day.
