After receiving your order, we contacted you by email to explain that our supplier had mistakenly delivered the wrong appliances to us. As these were not the items our customers had ordered, we had no option but to reject the delivery and wait for the correct stock to arrive.
Unfortunately, resolving this issue took longer than anticipated, which resulted in an unavoidable delay to your order. As soon as the correct appliances were received, all outstanding orders were dispatched without further delay.

We would like to clarify that we experienced an unexpected delay in receiving stock of the Shark TF200SUK from our supplier. Unfortunately, this affected a number of customer orders, including yours.
As soon as we became aware of the issue, we contacted all affected customers by email to explain the reason for the delay. We then continued to provide regular updates until the stock arrived.
Once the appliances were received into our warehouse, all outstanding orders, including your own, were dispatched on the same day.
While this situation was outside of our control, we understand the inconvenience it caused and sincerely apologise for the delay. Please be assured that this is not representative of our usual standard of service.
