John and his team installed a CCTV system in our commercial office space, and the whole experience was effortless from start to finish.

John and his team are without doubt the most technically expert most competent contractors you would wish to come across. From the very beginning they only had the upmost pride in their work and go out of their way to ensure that the quality is nothing less than exceptional. I have never seen such technical majesty in which they are able to hide and disguise cabling throughout high end properties when installing new state-of-art equipment (Wi-Fi CCTV or cinema) they are truly outstanding and great value for money. I just cannot recommend them enough.

We had JC Installs come in and retrofit a new hikvision cctv system at our home, upgrading an existing 10 year old system which had seen better days.

Both Johnny and Colby were extremely polite, well experienced and diligent throughout the whole process. They spent a good couple of hours doing a site survey and having a chat with us to see what we wanted to get out of the system and explained our options and whilst they gave us their well founded and knowledgeable opinion, they also took our ideas on board.

They presented ideas and made suggestions which would utilise the house’s existing cabling and infrastructure and minimised any disruptions - of which many other installer firms said would not be possible & wanted to rewire the whole house.

Everything was installed very professionally and to a top standard. We now have full colour 4k security cameras during both day and night surrounding the house giving us peace of mind and an up to date system with current technologies.

We then had them over for a second phase to add more cameras to capture blind spots which weren’t apparent before and as always, they have been professional, experienced and have done an amazing job.

I used JC installs for AV installation including Control4 Setup, wall mounting TVs, and home sound system set up
John was excellent.
The work was done to a very high standard, he found creative ways to make use of existing tech / legacy systems, and he was very clear and communicative throughout the process.

JC Installs led by John and his adept team were a great find via social media platform.
We invited JC to our London residence to advise us on Security, CCTV and Multi media applications.
John was polite in demeanour and knowledgeable on product and concise and helpful in his advice.
His quotations were concise with ease in understanding the paperwork.
Upon agreement John and the JC Team were on site and attended to the necessary “first fix” to assist and allow other trades to complete their works. They attended to every detail in their tasks with precision and speed. They worked alongside other trades with respect. Infact the foreman respected JC’s professionalism they requested if they could have his contact details and booked his visit and set up on further sites.

I spent a long time looking for the right person to improve the security at my home, and I feel so fortunate to have come across John. He was so meticulous, all the way from initial consultation to final installation. Both John and Colby are reliable, have exceptional communication, are super polite, and very skilled. Their attention to detail was exactly what I needed, to ensure security was top level without compromising the exterior or interior aesthetic appearance. John replied to all my enquiries on time and in a polite manor (I had a lot of questions). After an initial guide price that I was happy with they did a site visit and explained everything to me and made some suggestions I hadn't thought of. All the work was booked in and they managed to get my cameras up in time for my holiday, we also decided to add extras cameras and an alarm last minute which wasn't a problem for them. Everything was always left neat and tidy and I have had continued support for questions even after the job was complete. Extremly happy with their service. Highly recomend.

Outstanding service from concept to completion. The team helped guide and support the project through to the end. Having the new systems in place for 3 weeks, we are fully appreciative of the guidance and high quality workmanship. Tower performance!

John and Colby love what they do and made an exceptional upgrade to my CCTV / Alarm. My previous CCTV Install had all the cables exposed / the seal on a camera had come off and corroded the connection so all of it had to be stripped out and replaced as a fresh install.

All cabling is now hidden and all cameras have been properly installed - John makes sure he can hide all the cables in the best possible way (His skills on getting the angles of the holes correct when drilling are brilliant!) and I am extremely pleased with the Install. Hire these guys and you will not be disappointed - they really are the best!
