Garbage not garage
Left the car for full service(oil, filters etc...), also requested oil sensor replacement. Received a call to pick up the car confirming that it's been done. Been presented the bill of 488.09 GBP, paid the bill. After paying the bill owner said that:
1) Car been damaged during full service and battery magically discharged(new battery 2 months old). They probably tried to sell theirs as they mentioned they give 4 year "warranty", just didn't realize that it was new already.
2) Oil service was not reset (dashboard still showing that it needs servicing).
3) Oil sensor was not replaced, still showing error, as soon as you turn ignition on.
Yet the invoice shows:
1) full service
2) oil filters
3) oil
4) oil level sensor
Requested a refund, since no work has been done and the car is still showing same oil sensor error + oil service not done.
Owner Juozas(Joe) declined to issue a refund via email confirming that they will go into proceedings with my bank if I will attempt to cancel transaction. As well as called me on phone trying to convince that they did the work, and that dashboard errors are OK.
Cannot post photos here, but available on request. Avoid them as much as possible, they are scamming people pretending that they have done the work, but actually not doing anything, yet charging people.
