Enquiry for replacement fan parts for a very expensive fan bought from them just out of warranty brushed off to the manufacturer. Who is also very unhelpful and deceptive.
Never again will I buy from this mob and suggest you do the same.

Poor communication
Placed an order. Waited almost 2 weeks and it still hadn’t been shipped. I called and was informed one item in the order was not in stock and had been discontinued. I don’t think the order would ever have been sent if I didn’t call to see why it was well beyond the expected time frame.

Long wait time.
What I did not like is when I ordered the item there was no mention of the item not in stock. I was informed a while later after payment and waiting a while and then I had to wait another few weeks longer..

System upgrate to help staff
Wrong product sent initially correct one now received. Have suggested that the picking ticket be altered and the description added in the product column, which is at present blank. Product arrived in NZ in three working days!
