It was really good session, not my first in a sim and I fly microlights. However my instructor Mats on hearing my experience tailored my hour perfectly and made it just amazing. He is professional, friendly and a great asset to Jetex. Thank you.

My teenage son had a fantastic experience at JetEx Simulation.

He had a 1-hour session which was ideal, but think he'll be back in the future for a longer one.

Victor made us very welcome. He was informative and gave just right amount of instruction together with general aviation knowledge.

The simulator experience is fantastic and so realistic, well worth paying the extra for the real deal.

I was able to sit in the jump seat to take videos and photos which was great.

I'm sure we'll be back and would highly recommend for any budding pilot.

Recently visited JetEx for a Boeing 737 experience that I received as a gift for my birthday. I had a fantastic time, and would recommend it to anyone wanting to see what’s it’s like to be in a real 737 cockpit. Great staff and instructor, thoroughly enjoyed!

Fantastic service and setup and the captain was brilliant. My 13 year old son is obsessed with flying and he absolutely was blown away. For sure we will visit again.

Mats friendly and professional teaching made it very enjoyable. He is very patient and calm as you would expect of an experienced pilot. Victor who sets up the destinations is also key to the enjoyment of the simulated flight.

Where else could you experience flying to Heathrow, Gatwick, Hong Kong, San Deigo, Ottawa and Zakynthos all in around 2 hours? Brilliant!

What an awesome experience, from start to finish. In my head it would be like flying on a PlayStation but how wrong I was. The set up is amazing and cockpit is taken from a real plane. Everything inside is a working replica of a 737. My instructor Tim, was also amazing, offering clear instructions throughout. He also had some great stories regarding his previous and current jobs. Will definitely return when the Harrier sim is up and running.

If you’ve ever wanted to experience flying a plane, then this is for you, the reality is incredible.

Dear Mats and Team, wow where do I start.

Wow from the off, this experience was fantastic. I’ve done some sim stuff in my time, the BAE Typhoon sim, Worked in military simulation for years.

But this is on another level, got this experience as a birthday present.

From the moment we arrived I was blown away with the setup, how friendly everyone was, the waiting area for guests that can’t get in the plane while I was flying. Great to have one guest able to come into the “sim” while I was in flying with Mats.

I say “Sim” but this is as real as it gets without actually going to an airport.

The sounds, the motion, the interactive with the flight controls, the weather, the emergencies, everything was just crazy real.

I could go on and on about this, but wow.

My wife booked this for my 60th birthday. This was the best 2 hours I have had for a longtime. My flight instructor was supportive. The whole thing felt and looked real. If your into flight sim games , this is a must.

JetEx Simulation with its full motion was by far the best B737 simulator I have ever experienced. Previously I have been to two other B737 simulators and whilst they were good, they did not have motion and did not fully achieve the same feel of being in a real B737. On arrival for the two hour session I was met by Romek, who was looking after the backend of the simulator and Victor my instructor, both were very friendly and welcoming.
I have MSFS 2024 and have “flown” many hours in the B737 but it does not compare with having real switches to push and pull. I had a set of objectives that I wanted to achieve and Victor helped to ensure I met my aims. I started as near as possible cold and dark at a Gatwick Gate. We went through the pushback and startup procedures and taxied out to the runway. Taking off using TOGA we levelled off at 3000ft to remain in the RADAR circuit to carryout a mixture of ILS and visual approaches in different weather conditions including an ILS Autoland in zero visibility. I also did a couple of take off aborts to experience emergency situations. To finish off the session I carried out a visual circuit at 1500ft and finally for fun Victor suggested an approach to London City which, with a 6 degree approach, is quite challenging, however, I managed to get it on the runway in one piece and down to taxi speed before the end of the runway.
A big thankyou to Victor who was a great instructor with just the right amount of input and help when needed. I fully recommend “flying” with JetEx and hopefully in the future I will be able to return for another flight.

Thank you JetEx for a fabulous experience. I was a complete novice but never felt anything other than completely welcome and at ease. Matz was brilliant with both advice and guidance to make me feel confident and in safe hands. I would also like to thank the two "unsung heroes" manning the "behind the scenes" activities. It has been on my bucket list for years to fly a plane, but now | really want to have another go and if I do it will definitely be with JetEx.

Well where to start with this review for JetEx, the 5 stars from all other reviews should be a good enough indicator but I'll elaborate.....The friendly instructor (Tim) greeted us warmly and promptly at the timeslot start and from there things just got better and better, as a keen sim flyer I was looking forward to the additional motion and controls feedback that's often lacking from regular SIM controls and this experience gave it plentifully, I could really feel the mass of the plane from the controls and the way the feedback and response came back was brilliant.
Tim is a professional and patient instructor and fully tailored the experience for me which was fantastic. I got the perfect balance of fun and learning, with Tim answering all questions but still keeping it all light and fun, because that's how learning should be ! Even if you've no idea what anything does, there's no need to worry, Tim makes it a breeze and you'll definitely leave knowing more than when you started. (It's also surprising quite how much can be covered in just an hour). Overall this has been one of the most exciting and fantastic experience days I've ever done (and I've done a few)... I left with the feeling that I'll be booking this again.....So if you're unsure about whether to give this a go or not then trust the 5 stars, you'll love it.

I am in the process of exploring a career in aviation and so I booked this experience to get an idea of how it feels to be inside the cockpit. As never having flown before I was a bit nervous beforehand, but the team were so friendly and informative, and the overall experience was amazing - it felt so real! I would highly recommend this experience!

First time flyer. Very good experience targeted at the right level for a novice. Did 60 mins and a couple of loops of Gatwick.

Wonderful experience. Staff were very good. Anyone with an interest in aviation should do it.

I bought my husband a voucher for an hours flight in the Jetex simulator for Christmas and treated myself too. We are so glad we did! We had the best time. I understand more about flying and now feel safer as I know what is going on. We both loved having a go and trying different flight scenarios. I give the young, patient instructor (I cannot remember his name) a 10/10 too. Overall a great experience. Thank you
