well im not robot and i didnt get free stuff to write this review

so i love rexlace plastic lacing aka (gimp) and making bracelets and in Ottawa, Canada, I couldn't find it for under 10 with some googling i found this place and the prices where nice so i decided to call them and the nices lady answered the phone and answered all my ?s shipping wasnt bad and i got colors that ive been looking for like glow in the dark gold and some others and the price was nice so i bought on a thurdsay and on monday here they are and I tried them, and well i love all of it!! my name is shawn white i spent 45 on rexlace plastic lacing and ill tell everyone i know if ever asked where to get some because i will be back for the some colors i dont got !! id give u 1000 stars if i could for once a place that doesnt over charge for things :)

I ordered the goods on Friday afternoon and received them the next morning - brilliant service as usual.

I am able to sit in the comfort of my own home and browse an excellent selection of crafting materials in particular parchment craft both long established items, recent additions and new items expected soon. If its out of stock an email will let me know when its available.

I found the prices very competitive and the free postage on quite small orders very helpful.

The delivery was quick just a couple of days and my order arrived well packed

I am delighted with your quick service. However, I would like to see you keep on top of your stock numbers as - not for the first time - I have been disappointed to find that what I thought was in stock was in fact not. Yes, even as I moved the mouse to "Buy Now" the stock information altered to "out of stock" of course.
Also, as you know, I was seeking to obtain back issues of a magazine and it was only when I was looking at your website again, as I wished to place a second order, that one of the two numbers I still required was in a different section to the main body of them. To make it easier for your customers could you please display like items together.

I ordered three items and unfortunately when my order arrived one of the items was the wrong one. I emailed straight away and got an immediate reply with apologies for the oversight and a replacement product was sent next day. There approach to good customer service would make me buy from them again.
