Ok I love Jimmy John's Italian sub so…

Ok I love Jimmy John's Italian sub so this pains me to have to say this but I am forever cutting all ties with Jimmy John's sub shop (The one on Austin Hwy San Antonio, Tx ) due to an incident in an online order that I had placed, and the order never got filled and the order never got delivered to me. I tried to take it up with the manager of that store and she said it was not her problem that it was an online app that I had made the order with, and the online app is where I need to handle the situation. She said I needed to cancel the order through the app and get the refund through the app which the app never tells you how to do any of that! I then asked her if there was a general manager or somebody in charge of her, that I could speak with she said. " No there is not! I said " ok let me have the number to Corporate! She stated " There is no Corporate.Her tone was very condescending and her tone also implied that I was being a trouble maker and she just wanted off the phone with me and hung up on me twice. Never once did she try to figure out why she never got the online order and never once did she even imply that she had any sympathy what so ever, and that it has been 3 hours sense I placed and paid for my online order that was to be delivered shortly after the store opening. She accused me of harassing her and I knew already where she was going with that statement. The next step was going to be to call the police and have me charged with harassment. I have never in all my life been so brushed off, so belittled, or felt like my money was no good at Jimmy John's and I could just take my complaint and go straight to Hell. It's obvious that this manager has nobody's best interest in her site other than her own. If Jimmy John's was a stand up business they should be ashamed of having someone as such represent their company . I have yet to received my sub or a refund or even a phone call on how to solve the issue. That was s so pathetic!

I ordered at 7:45 at At the ALAMEDA…

I ordered at 7:45 at At the ALAMEDA 8:45 I called and they said they had to outsource my order to Uber Eats bc they were so busy.(I literally live 4min away) and it would be arriving at 9:10. When I asked for the UberEATS information they said they didn't have access to it.(Then how could she know it would be delivered by 9:10?) At 9:20 I called to tell them my order still wasn't here. They then said UberEATS stole my order bc it showed delivered on their end after they got done saying they have no way of tracking UberEATS. I gave them a way to make it right by making my order and my bf would pick it up in5 min. They said that is against store policy.??? I called UberEATS and they NEVER had the order number given to any of their drivers. They were rude and EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. They never said sorry they were rude. The whole story doesn't make sense they are lying. He said they are no longer responsible for an order if they give it to a third party. I NEVER RECIEVED MY ORDER OR ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR THE MISTAKE ON THEIR PART. I said let me get this straight I ordered from Jimmy Johns they just gave my order to a third party without notifying me, it gets stolen and they won't do ANYTHING bc they weren't responsible. He said yes Nope if I wanted UberEATS to deliver my order I would have ordered from them, since I ordered from Jimmy Johns they are responsible for making sure the customer gets their order. He hung up on me.

Delivery Fee per item should be illegal

Wow a 8$ sandwich cists 3.99 to be delivered less than 2 miles plus a TIP for the driver. I have now refused to ever buy jimmy johns again and i hope they start failing. Charging a fee per sandwich is insane and i refuse to partake.

Went to Jimmy John's on 17 near downtown deland 1 customer ordered 1 person working she told us manager was in back she did finally come out had a drink and played on her phone at 7 o'clock at night will never go back half hour waiting for sanwichs

I Liked The Service, I'll Be Back.

I liked the service, I was kindly greeted upon entry, and cared for until my order was given to me. My order was processed quickly, and since it was my first visit I was directed to the chips, drink dispenser, and told where the lids and straws were. The staff 'on duty' were very engaging and attentive, they showed me that they were eager to make this a positive experience for me. The shop's appearance was clean inside and out. I'll Be Back.

disgusting what ive just watched on youtube a homeless women being told to wait outside like a dog? the cashier said all she wanted that day was a cup of water and only when someone with kindness asks if she wanted something they tell him its free for the drink but not free for her? just so you know i aint lying @jozougwu is the channel and its the first video on shorts

Jimmy John's RUDE and INCOMPETENT customer service experience

I went into the Jimmy John's location at 6923 E State Rd 70 on May 2 at approximately 10:45 am in Bradenton Florida and ordered two subs to go. The young male employee put the wrapped subs on the counter in front of me. I asked him to please put them in a bag. He asked why do I need a bag and then said they do not bag the subs. I said the other locations I have been to do. He looked disgusted and threw a bag on the counter where I had to put the subs on the bag myself!! I never was in a store that had such rude and incompetent employees. The manager needs to have all employees take a course in customer service. This treatment is unacceptable to a customer. Needless to say, I will never return here and will post this issue on all social media platforms.

Don’t eat at JJs

I ordered a sub and got a sandwich. Then they took 1 piece of meat and stretched it across the bread and it still didn’t even cover the whole sandwich. I’ve supported them for years but they told me it’s just how their recipe is. I say they cheated me and I’m done with them.

Rock Falls, IL Jimmy John’s

On Friday, March 20, 2026 around 1:15 pm, I was pulling into Moore Tires on 1st Avenue (Route 40) in Rock Falls. As I was pulling in to park, a small dark colored four door car followed me into the Moore Tires parking lot at a very close distance behind me. I went to pull into a parking stall that faced west close to the main entrance, when the delivery driver pulled north into an area which is not a parking area, and he prohibited me from properly parking. I waited for the driver to confront him about his actions. I asked him if he knew how to park. His response was “I don’t really flipping care.” I told him what he did was rude and inconsiderate. He again said he didn’t care. I had parked my truck in closest parking stall facing west which made it difficult to for him to back out - I parked in a legitimate parking spot. I watched him back out to ensure that he did not hit my truck. The staff inside Moore Tires witnessed what he did - how he parked and maneuvered to get out and leave. Had he parked in a stall about 10 feet over, he would have been in a legitimate parking stall.

I don’t believe in getting people fired, but his actions were utterly ridiculous and self centered. He was taking the”Freaky Fast Delivery” a bit far. However, if I was his boss, I would fire him today knowing his actions.

This is the second negative experience with this Jimmy John’s in a week. Because of this, I just might not ever give this store my business ever again.

Customer service is terrible troy, Ohio to be exact, after she sat a sandwich up I had to ask if it was mine she wouldnt even look at me, a staff lady had her kid in there she's there and always rude, I won't be back until their attitudes change

Bull Run Store Columbia MO

This is for the store on Bull Run in Columbia MO. Ordered a sandwich & drink via the web app @ 2:06PM local. Delivery times in my area are usually 15-30 minutes, sometimes longer. An hour passed. I carefully checked my front porch, no order. Gave it ten more minutes. Checked the porch again, no order. Checked the order tracker. It showed delivered 30 minutes earlier. Checked the front porch again, nada.

Called the store. Employee answered the phone and began checking on the order. Asked if it was a Doordash order, I said I ordered via the app. Hold. Confirmed order again. Hold. Manager came on and said the order was delivered. I reiterated that it was not. Manager said her driver told her an older woman answered the door and took the order. I communicated how there was no "older woman" at this address and that I have been here all day by myself. Well, just me and my cats. The manager said she wasn't going to call her driver a liar. I said that's fine, but it wasn't a solution to the fact that I still have no sandwich or drink. Was basically told there was no solution since the driver left for the day and no delivery was possible before 5PM. I asked to speak to the manager. Manager laughed, said she was the general manager etc. I asked to speak to the owner. Manager said they weren't there. and hung up on me after I asked again for the order to be delivered. I may have used the phrase "just want the damn sandwich".

I don't like being even indirectly called a liar. I drove to the store and entered. I ordered the same food & drink. The general manager came over and told me I had a credit on my account. Then in a very condescending manner said she hoped I had a better day. I tried to explain that the account I order under always has a description of the house - brick 4 columns - on the ticket. I stated that I don't appreciate being called a liar, at which the manager walked away. She wasn't interested.

The other staff - as always - were extremely polite and helpful. One guy even looked me in the eye and said "sorry that happened." I thanked him, said again I just don't appreciate being called a liar, took my food and left. I then called corporate and registered a complaint.

I have ordered from this location for over ten years as I live close and the quality of the food is usually quite good. I have watched multiple managers and staff come and go. I tip when I can. I know how hard retail can be, having done it for decades myself.

I can't stand being called a liar by people that don't even know me. I didn't see any sign on the website that said "no deliveries between 3PM-5PM." I know the store hires Uber/Doordash when they have no drivers, as MANY orders get delivered that way.

This may seem like pettiness, but as much as food costs these days, I expect a little respect with the order, not argumentation and accusations, especially when it is obvious the staff has made an error.

Won’t go back.
