My first time experience with JMAC. I was looking for a specific item that I had to have by the next day. They found the item, shipped it out overnight and I had it by noon the next day. I must admit when customer service took my number and said that they would contact me once they were certain they could send the item, I had very little expectation of receiving a return call. True to their word, I was called a short while later with everything in place and ready for payment. I am very impressed!! I will be using them again! Thank you for making my job easier!

First time ordering from this business. Before ordering, i called to verify if the item I urgently needed was in stock (status on website was "limited stock") and was told yes, so I immediately ordered. After ordering, I was contacted by customer service and informed in fact it was not in stock, but they had proactively located the part with an affiliate (albeit with a higher price), had it put on hold for me, and asked me if I wanted to proceed, which I did. The customer service rep who contacted me made sure that the affiliate shipped the part same-day. I had to deduct one star for the initial inaccurate stock check and having to pay more than I would have, but I was very impressed by their level of customer service. I would recommend this business and will shop here again.
