I brought 4 ip cameras from jmc 4 weeks ago costing £2,000 they are fantastic night or day they pick up everything what ever the weather worth every penny fitted myself could not set up to the internet had trouble doing that had to hire a computer nerd for that job.
One happy customer.

Speedy delivery, real care taken in packaging
Real competitively priced quality goods. Rapid despatch and delivery, customer service can only be truly determined when you have problems with the goods, no problems for me.

very bad experience
After 2 weeks they come first time live me a paper with next day delivery. Next day i stay home all day, no delivery. I try to find my reference no. Surprise my no does not exist. Email company they call me. Try to sort out. Surprise they talk with delivery company and they say was two attempts first before that with paper witch is written is first. Company ask me for 21 £ (my goods worth 90£) for delivery in weekend. They cancelled the order make the refund after two days not before to email they again. Surprise money will be in my account after 4-5 days that mean I waste 4weeks for nothing.

Hi Catalin, I'm sorry you have had a bad experience, however looking at your order notes, i do not think it is entirely our fault. You placed your order 1/9/12 and paid for a "Within 6 working days delivery".
This means we will deliver your item within 6 working days, i.e on or before the 10/9/12.
Our couriers Interlink Express attempted delivery in 2 working days, on the 4/9/12 and again on the 5/9/12 (we also emailed you proof of this in a link to the tracking details via the Interlink Express website). Both times there was no one at the property to accept the delivery. At this point our courier started the process of returning the item to us as a "Failed Delivery". We are not notified of this, until it physically arrives back in our warehouse.
You then emailed us on the 12/9/12 to inform us you have not received your item, at which point we asked you when you would be available to receive it... You told us you are only at the property before 8:00 in the morning & after 18:00 in the evening, or on weekends.
We are unable to tell our courier to only delivery at certain times, so the only solution would have been a weekend delivery, obviously this is charged at a much higher rate than a "within 6 days delivery", we gave you the option of paying for the Saturday delivery or cancelling the order. You requested we cancel the order 12/9/12 at 16:41, we processed your refund 14/9/12. It can take your Bank 3-5 working days to show the money in your account, we have no control over that.
I understand you are unlikely to order from us again, if you do I think the important lesson to learn from this, is when you place an order online, you need to make sure there is someone available to receive the delivery.

Very helpful service. Website very informative and easy to navigate through options to get the right camera package. Helpline team very friendly and allowed me to mix my order to get 2 grey cameras and 2 white. Ideal!

Excellent service
The ordered item was out of stock, JMC Security offered to supply at no additional cost an upgrade model retailing at twenty pounds more than that ordered, after checking that this would be OK with me they arranged for the upgrade model to be delivered the next day.

Too technical for non gadget people
Camera kit described as plug and play.Not so! had to purchase other leads to work cameras.Info on set-up, mindboggling .Far too technical for the lay man.Too date still cannot get into menu to set up system for login etc.TV shows 2 pictures with startup wizard displayed ie
Startup Next Cancel but cannot access them.Really disappointed as had the kit about 10 days now and it is still unusable.

Hi Tom, I think you have basically got your system up and running if you are seeing the start up wizard, all you need to do is plug in the USB mouse, click on cancel and then you can open the menu etc... if you need help with this please give us a call during working hours.
With regards the camera kit not being "plug & play", i have had a look at your orders and see you did order additional cables, but these were for your TV, not our cameras. The "plug & play" cable options are for the cameras, and do not require any additional cables. But due to the fact we do not know what monitors / TVs customers have we do not supply the cables required to connect to your TV.

Selection and purchase of the system was easy and delivery was on time. Each step of order fulfillment was communicated by e-mail so I knew exactly what was happening with my order. Set up and connection instructions were easy to follow. Overall, very satisfied.

There was a delay in despatching my order.
Despite being told on the phone that the items I was ordering were in stock, I did not get my goods in a reasonable time.
I called to find out where my goods were due to the facts that I had taken a week off to receive the good and install it before the weekend.
I was told to cancel the order and re-order it again at a better time that suited me.
Not the answer I was expecting.

Dear Mr Pindoriya, I have had a look at your order this morning to see what went wrong, however i have to be honest and say i think this negative review is not justified. You placed your order on Wednesday 6th June and selected the (FREE) 6 working day delivery option, our couriers delivered your order on Tuesday 12th June. Thats 4 working days after you ordered, well within the 6 working day delivery option you selected.
With regards being told to cancel the order and replace it, this was because you asked us if you could change the address, due to our extensive fraud processes it is not possible to do this. The only way around it is to cancel the order and replace it with the new address details, as you were advised.
Superfast service and great communication
Ordered a CCTV camera. It arrived next day in perfect condition. JMC kept me well informed during every step of the order processing and delivery. I'd certainly use them again. By the way, their prices are competive too!

good gear
Helpful staff and good gear (except the BNC connectors supplied with the cable option) The manual and to some extent the set up interface to the digital video recorder is crap.Ii had to get my high tech son involved to set the system up and even he struggled.

Quality products excellent delivery.
A bit nervous buying CCTV from an online store, but JMC Security sent the products quickly and were packaged well. CCTV now fitted and all great quality. I will look to buying from this store again should I require further cameras or equipment.
