what a disappointment
what a disappointment. where has the class gone from the John Clark BMW showroom.
Looking to purchase new car so took me and the wife around some dealerships. A woeful John Clark’s .. scruffy car layout outside, cars unwashed and dirty, the 2 disheveled individuals approached us and some other potential buyers. They looked like they should be sorting out rides at a show ground.
Guys you should pop up the rd to mercedes …. that’s how it’s done.
We only had £45k cash to purchase a car so maybe they weren’t that interested

The estimate on my van was carried out efficiently, due to your heavy workload the van took slightly longer to repair than anticipated.
All in all very good with excellent quality of work.

Straight to the trouble(s) - and fixed all reasonably
I went to another, well-meaning garage on a friend's recommendation and one of their engineers quoted me £1800 to replace the gear box. It was the first time I had gone anywhere else but John Clark. Even though the first garage was kind and helpful, I was not confident that they were the specialists so I went back to John Clark who not only told me the problem was the gear selector, not the gear box, but they also identified two other issues. They then fixed all three problems, saving me hundreds of pounds and, as my friend said, practically giving me back a new car. This experience strengthens my confidence in John Clark, which is now located on Abbotswell Road, Aberdeen.

New Car Purchase
Working with Jacky Chan was an absolute pleasure! Jacky is diligent and professional. The best part - Jacky and John Clark Team stayed in touch with me the entire time, which only made the experience more enjoyable. However, we did wait almost 15 months for the new car, and it should be noted that this wasn't the fault of John Clark BMW.
