Began our 'new car' journey here, in mid August.
Left the showroom with a new car,mid September.
Very much a (hands off) approach by the sales team, allowing us lots of time to wander about and sit in lots of models,before asking if we needed any advice/assistance. Gave us a good Trade In price for our car. All in all.,,an easy going experience.
Top marks,especially to" Harry " our main salesperson.
Special mention for Joe,john,and Lee,also very helpful. Not forgetting the ladies at 'Reception'.

Steven is an excellent sales executive, he was able to answer all my questions, built a deal that suited my needs. I love my new car and it has everything I need.

We ordered our car in April with the understanding that it would be delivered by the first week in July at the very latest.It was agreed that you would buy my car before the end date of my current car agreement. That did not happen so I paid off the remaining money myself. I did not hear from the sales team by 8 th July so I phoned for an update. I was shocked to then be told it would not be delivered till mid September.i just wish they had advised me of the delay, I had to cancel a holiday we had planned and I needed the garage to service my car. Then I had a phone call suggesting I might like to collect my new car at midnight! When I collected my car I had agreed to an appointment of 12pm. We were kept waiting for 3/4 an hour. Finally it took a bout 2 hours to complete the necessary paperwork. I was told we would be handed back £2,100 that was agreed and understood by me. We finally left with the new car, but shortly after received a phone call to tell me all the paperwork had not been completed so the salesman arrived at our door at 5pm to get a further signature from me. The money I was promised was in my bank 5 days after I collected the car but it was £800 Les than I had been told it would be! While I like my Škoda veery much I feel the service from the team left a lot to be desired.

From my first contact with Steven at John Clark Skoda - Dundee, right through to ordering my new car and collecting it, Steven kept me fully informed, made me feel at ease at all times and made the whole end to end experience very positive.

When I went to pick up my new vehicle, the sales advisor went to great lengths to explain the process re V5 documents and the retention of my personal number plate. He also arranged the 5 Day Drive Away Insurance which then gave me time to contact my Insurance Company re the vehicle change. He was also very thorough in explaining all the controls in the new vehicle. All in all a very positive experience from a very knowledgable sales advisor

Friendly team made selecting my new car easy and stress free. Explained everything clearly . I dealt with Stuart who was patient and able to answer all my questions. Would recommend .

Rachael made our purchase simple and clear and was very helpful. Unfortunately there are a few niggling issues with the car but Rachael has arranged for the car to go into Mercedes quite soon to be check over.

Bought a new Skoda Octavia from John Clark Dundee which we picked up on 21st August. The staff were amazing throughout the process. All our questions were answered quickly and truthfully. Phone calls are answered right away. They couldn't have been more helpful. While everyone we spoke to was great a special thanks to Jenna who was fabulous on delivery day.

Excellent service from Jenna from start to finish, she was welcoming, friendly, hugely professional and informative. She guided me through various options, explaining each option carefully allowing me to make an informed decision on my purchase. She kept me updated and I drove away with my new car within days of trading in my old one. New car paid by cash sale on 11/8/25. Handover in the saleroom was inadequate on reflection! In the process of getting to know the car. I discovered the engine had no cover. I need a spare wheel and there is no jack or wheel brace!! No service book/record!!! What seems to the profession,. I think,trival points. This has soured this whole experience and now I am reconsidering returning the car!

Had a great communication from start to finish with kerry. He help us through finance deals and didn't push us to buy considering we were looking at 3 cars. Had s few issues to date with car but sorted out asap.
