John Clark Motor Group - Mini Aberdeen Avis 

I was dealing with one sales person. Reserved the car. Was given finance details which I chose not to accept. Phoned after 48 hrs to make sure the car was still available to me. Explained I was organising funds and could the invoice be forwarded to allow me to pay for the car. Heard nothing until I phoned at the end of the week. Order form sent to me with incorrect address details. By Monday, an email received to say the rep was out of the business,but what were the correct address details. No fund transaction details could be found by Accounts - could I send a screenshot! Screenshot sent by my husband- not acceptable as not my name. Another screenshot had to be sent showing my name. All good. Confirmation of delivery- sales person now on maternity leave! Sales manager Cc"d. Delivery driver in touch - excellent service. Sales manager called next day to confirm everything went well. Very happy with car but could have been a smoother transaction.

Flawless in all interaction

The salesperson was honest when speaking to us about new and used cars. Answered any questions in full and was very helpful when we took our dog up to help decide what type of mini we were going to purchase

An excellent first discussion with Harriett Bryant, about the Mini we were interested in. Time taken to build the car on line, which made our final decision easy and thereafter place an order.

We were kept informed of the progress of the build of the car by Harriett (it arrived at the showroom earlier than expected).

Excellent explanation/ demonstration by Harriett of the car’s features and function at handover.

I am delighted with the car which exceeds expectations.

Phenomenal customer service from Harriet and James , as good as ive ever had and im now in my 60s.
Nothing was too much bother and all aspects fully explained and a joy to deal with. After my wife purchased her Mini I drove same and thoroughly enjoyed the driving experience, so much so I traded in my BMW, which ive solidly been with since 1994. Lisa in parts and servicing also provided valuable information. Thanks guys

Beth very helpful ,the only complaintI have is that there is no hand book —I am 85 and it is all very well for young people who know what they are doing with apps etc but at my age I would like a book to study !

Very nice sales girl who I dealt with two years ago really wasn’t looking to change my car but mentioned to Harriet the colour I fancied but didn't see any, Harriet said there was one in the corner. We went and looked and after getting a price for my one bought it. The whole experience was 5 star and when collecting I said probably see you again in 2 years to upgrade again.

Mini Countryman - recently purchased and I have to say the sales process was handled seamlessly by Beth, extremely knowledgeable and attentive at all times (even providing Email updates after hours!). It’s also worth noting the service department was equally fantastic to deal with Lisa being our main contact, nothing was too much trouble and dealt with our query with ease …. Excellent customer service all round from Beth Irish and Michael Robertson. Nothing was a problem and Beth made me feel at total ease throughout.

I telephoned and spoke to Colin who was very helpful, gave me a few options over the phone, we left my town in Banchory because he had a few to choose from, arrived and he said that Julie would deal with us, which she did and was extremely helpful, was beyond helpful infact. Very happy place of work and lovely atmosphere 😊 very very happy to deal with John Clark Dundee group as Aberdeen were not friendly at all!
We bought a car and drove it home the same afternoon thats how confident I was with my new car and your team in Dundee.
Hopefully I won't be back but when I do it will be my first call or stop.
