The absolute worst

The absolute worst. No idea what happened after an initial good experience - send sub standard goods - if they ever arrive. Very bad customer service no tracking info and just far too slow. Do they use a snail to deliver?!

Dear Ella Kielly, we have tried to find your order in our system without any success. Are you sure you have bought from us? There’s no data with any of your information at all, the other companies you have reviewed cannot find you in their system either? Please send us more details to customer care to be able to help you further, if you have bought from us. For the record, we send all our parcels tracked 24/48 and aim to send them on the same working day. We sell the same products from the same official distributors for the last 20 years. We also don’t use Trust Pilot for our reviews because the reviewers don't need to prove that they actually bought from us, so anyone can just leave any review without any proof. We use REVIEWS.IO as they actually only ask our real customers. If you read our official reviews in our website, you can see how amazing our service has been rated from thousands of customers during these 20 years. Many thanks.

Great service, shame about the product

The only reason that it’s not more is because the product isn’t worth the money- which is not their fault.

I bought the Dermalogica Daily Microfoliant refill from them as I wanted to be more environmentally friendly.

To be honest the pouch was too full and it’s expensive for just a refill- not enough of an incentive to not just buy the entire item in its original packaging.

I liked the little sample pack they sent and it arrived on time.

Great company

Great company, found the product I wanted at the cheapest price anywhere and you get free samples. Great idea, Love it ! Will definitely be shopping here from now on.

A great company!!

Such a great site!! I have been ordering dermalogica and other little treats from John and ginger for about 10 years now, their delivery is always quick and they always put a surprising amount of testers in my delivery.
This month I ordered a concealer and at the checkout you can choose 3 free samples from dermalogica, I got 5 dermalogica samples and 3 samples from a new brand of face cream/exfoliator!! :) I love John and gingers site

Great products but the customer service is awesome!

I ordered products for my sister and me. The parcel for my sister arrived within days. Mine took a bit longer as it had to be shipped abroad. Even though things were taking a bit longer the customer service was very attentive and very kind.
The product range "John and Ginger" are offering is fantastic. But the people working for this company deserve to praised even higher.

WORST site ever

Haven't received the money for my return (I have been patient and waited too long) and they don't answer my emails!

Never buy anything from here
I won't recommend them.

If I get the money I'll update this.. But still: IT'S NOT OKAY

Still haven't received my order

I still haven't received my order - a self tan i really wanted to receive before the prom at my school the coming weekend. It's almost three weeks ago I ordered it

They get two stars because of their customer service. They will help me og it's still not received after 21 WORKING days.. But I must admit I am so dissappointed.

great value

Alex kindly called me back to give advice on my SkinCeuticals products which I bought from them. I wasn't sure when to use them and for how long. Alex took time to advise me and even arranged for some complimentary samples to be sent out, which was a lovely touch. It isn't often these days that you get this kind of personal treatment. A really lovely family run business with experience in the skincare industry. They really want the best for their clients and this shows in their service. Well done John and Ginger.

Amazing Service

I have ordered all my Dermlogica products from John and Ginger. Cheapest prices on the internet, fast delivery I cant ask for much more. They even throw in loads of free samples, even the ones I request which is a nice touch.

Would highly recommend.
