This company is the worst!! Ive been trying to have my money transferred to my babk account and its been a headache. I send numerous emails and noone gets back to me.. I just want my money!!!

This company website has been down for months I have sent several emails the first emails was regarding question why it was taking so long for the construction of the website to be completed and the response was “be patient! After waiting, I request to have all my monies (over 3000.00) refunded back to my account and I did receive another email stating it would take some time for the refund to be completed, to this day I have not received any other emails or my money.

If anyone is filing any lawsuits against this company the owner is from Venezuela and I’m not sure if she scam us all but please let us All file a lawsuit so we can get some answers and get our money back, we were definitely scammed and it’s wrong for this to happen, so please anyone who have filed any lawsuits I would like to join in filing also.

Been trying to transfer my money to my bank account for over a month. Kept getting the same email response. What the heck is going on??

I’ve been trying to withdraw my money once I noticed something was wrong and submitted multiple requests. This feels like a class action suite. They basically robbed us.

*SO AN UPDATE* January 18, 2023, They put ALL my money back into my bank account.
I'm grateful I got it back because I had written it off as a loss but also that the lesson I learned was not way expensive, just ruined my Christmas plans, not my Spirit.
Yep. I'm locked out of my account. I can't even access it anymore. I'm from Minnesota, so this crosses state lines. It's a federal case for sure.

To be honest there were they are good for a couple years and this time it's just so much complain about the money refund they're saving money and that will be included me I hope she didn't went to valenzuela and ran all the money.

In early November I attempted to initiate a transfer of the $1,800 I had saved through my REEL account. It wasn't working and when I reached out to customer service they claimed they were making upgrades to their website and tried asking me to fill out a Google form (?!) and submit a photo of my credit card and ID (!!!!!). When I complained to the customer support rep Yoseline Quinteros about how sketchy that was she said they would put the transfer through without it. After the more than 10 business days they told me to wait, they stopped responding to my (multiple) emails asking for an update. Then, four days later, I received the sketchiest email reply: “Thank you for your inquiry. This email is to acknowledge that we are in receipt of your request for a refund. We apologize for any inconveniences. We are in the process of internal changes and at the moment we cannot process any refunds. We truly appreciate your patience. We expect to have more updates for you in a couple of weeks.”

Um excuse me? I wasn't asking for a refund. I didn't purchase anything. I used their savings account to save $1800 of my money and I want it back. So messed up. Especially because REEL's CEO Daniela Corrente has been on a PR campaign for years with all the feel-good messages about helping people stay out of debt. Such BS.

I was using Reel to help me save to purchase a shirt. I didn't want the shirt anymore and I also needed the money back for an emergency. Over the last two weeks I reached out to them to get my money back. They stated the first time it was going to take a little time because of the banks. And now they are saying they are having internal issues and they can't issue any refunds. I'm highly upset about this and they are basically holding onto my money. I would advise you to just save your money on the bank for any purchases you need rather than use there service.

The website is down. I’ve tried several times to email no response they have about $1300.00 of my money. I need a lawyer because I definitely wanna submit a lawsuit.

I want to file a complaint against JoinReel.co, just like many of the reviews I have been seeing in reference of this horrible savings site, who has not been responding to my emails and they have about 3400$ of my money. I recently discovered there website is also down, and no communication or response has been obtained, we need to stand against this company!!!! WE NEED to fight and start claims and a law suit against this company!!!

The website has gone down and the company has not communicated with me. I am worried that the money I have saved with them is gone. If the situation continues I would be interested in filing a lawsuit to recover the money.

I've saved over a $1000 to buy the sandals that I want but now Im trying to contact them to transfer my money to my bank to buy it no reply until now. Its been 2 week.

They were an amazing company for a couple years, but I’m pretty sure they have taken our money and bought crypto currency. Poof.

Initiated a money transfer over two weeks ago and still haven’t received my money. I’ve been reeling for years now and this is the first time this has happened. No longer a useable service clearly.

I send them messages to them in a request of my money, cause I’m done saving money on a reel, so now I want to make the purchase, they refuse to give me an option, their website is being down for over a month, they never fix it, while they have my money still, I emailed them over and over again they never answer me. I just want my money back, they are not real.
