Superb Service
Justin Nelson at JRC, along with his assistants, made purchasing life insurance for my 63-year-young husband an extremely easy, stress-free experience. They took care of every detail. They were patient and considerate. They actually returned calls promptly and didn't rush us. It was obvious they were knowledgeable, enjoyed their careers, and weren't simply production workers pushing products in a timed call center environment. I highly recommend them! I cannot imagine it's possible to be treated any better than we were.

From the beginning, Jason was extremely thorough, detailed, and timely with his communication, which are things that are often difficult to achieve simultaneously. In my experience, often times people claim they’ll email you but they don’t always live up to their promise, or if they do, it’s several days or weeks later. Jason’s emails were immediate, and he was always readily available via phone or email for follow up, never expressing a problem spending as much time as needed to patiently respond to my endless questions.
I was so pleased with him - never feeling rushed or pressured - and his knowledge of the subject matter that I did not feel the need to look elsewhere for my insurance needs. I am confident in my decision to move forward with Jason and JRC Insurance Group, and would highly recommend!

Buying life insurance at 63 isn't easy…
Buying life insurance at 63 isn't easy or cheap. The team at JRC were awesome. Communication was very good. I was always informed about the progress of the policy. I was able to purchase my policy at a reasonable rate considering my high blood pressure and cholesterol.
They were a pleasure to work with on a difficult task.

Thank you for your kind comments. Most people are unaware that life insurance rates are regulated, and its illegal for an agency to add fees. Where it gets complicated is that there are over 2000(!) life insurance companies in the USA. Each has its own unique underwriting guidelines. Our licensed agents study these requirements, matching our clients up to the company best for each customer's unique health profile.
