Excellent customer service - I had pre-order queries that were answered by phone and I was kept up to date with the progress of the order and delivery. I ordered 2 Nardi chairs and a small table which I am very pleased with. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

We are delighted with our Nardi table and chairs purchased from Julia Jones. From placing the order through to delivery, the communication has been excellent and the whole process was handled very professionally.
We are big fans of the Nardi garden products. We have found the quality, style and durability to be exceptional. Despite being exposed to strong sunshine and sea air, our original Nardi furniture has continued to look great and the finish has remained as good as new. It matches perfectly with this new set of table and chairs received from Julia Jones who provided a brilliant service. We would highly recommend them.

The product was as expected of a very high quality. The team at Julia Jones were very good communicators - I asked a question and got a response quickly. They knew I had a deadline for delivery and they made sure my sofa bed arrived on time. For me it was an expensive purchase but I cannot fault their service. I also reached out pre online purchase and they mocked up different designs for me which really helped me. I have looked online at their shop for many years and they did not disappoint

We love our chairs, actually much better than we expected. They are perfect for what we want. Fantastic customer support. Very impressed overall with my first experience of purchasing furniture from Julia Jones. Customer service was excellent; helpful, timely, professional and clear communication at all times.
Very happy with the Fama armchair that I purchased, fantastic choice of fabrics and so great to order a bespoke piece of furniture, the website was easy to navigate too. So happy with the chair, its of great quality, comfortable to sit in and a work of art in its own right.
The delivery service was excellent also with the team showing the same level of professionalism and efficiency.
