Good service
The communication was good throughout. I bought an ex display rocking chair. Zeta took a video of the chair, she also took some photos for me. I have been told the chair was in an excellent condition which is true. The delivery was prompt. The service was good from start to finish.

Although our pallet delivery partner let us down with a broken van and couldn’t meet the smaller vehicle requirement due to road size, I’m really glad the delivery went through successfully the following day. Excellent customer service and contact…
Excellent customer service and contact before during and after ordering. Delivery experience was great too although I had to wait a little longer than I would have liked for a delivery slot. This said, when they came the delivery men were excellent and made sure the chairs were placed in the room and took all packaging with them.

When looking for a new armchair we found Julia Jones. We loved the choice of chairs, the great range of fabrics and the competitive price. The help with the fabric choice was invaluable and we love the chair. Great delivery service too.

Great efforts but let down on delivery
I can't fault them on their sales efforts. They went out of their way to meet with us, spent time, and were friendly. Easily contactable. The only negative was that we were let down on the delivery so a bit of a wasted day by being given the wrong date.
