This company can’t deliver in 12 days
This company can’t deliver in 12 days, say they don’t recognise my order number or my email address although they have used it to send 3 emails to thank me for the order and a VAT receipt and to say my order is on its way. They are now promised to have it with me in the next two days and I failed to do that.

We are very sorry that this is the experience you have had with us and can only apologise for the delay in receiving your order. Whilst this isn’t a regular occurrence for us, I can still appreciate that it is incredibly disappointing for you and shouldn’t happen.
The item you have ordered has been fulfilled by the manufacturer directly who in addition to ourselves have received a dramatic influx of orders in the last two weeks with more than double the amount of parcels being processed daily which has led to the delay.
I have looked further into the delivery tracking for your order and can see this is due to be delivered this afternoon.
I’m sure you will love the products once they arrive and I hope that you have the chance to use them this weekend. If you have any further questions or issues with the delivery please do give us a call so we are able to follow up with this as quickly as possible, once again our apologies for the experience you have had this time.

Fantastic job
Got my brand new Mazda 3 a new car detail which included ceramic coating of body work, trims and windows. I also got wheels done and a PPF applied to Piano Black trims in the interior. Couldn't fault their work, did a great job. Car looks newer than it did when i drove it out of the dealer the day before. Highly recommended.

Hi Shaun,
We can only apologise for the delay in receiving your order, I can see that a member of the team did come back and follow up with your emails and that the order has been received on the 6th March.
I can fully appreciate the frustration in not receiving your items when expected, missing the estimated delivery window. Your order was late to be processed due to an unexpected spike in orders with the supplier over the last couple of weeks and then sent out on a next day delivery service with APC.
Unfortunately I can see and recognise that the 24 hour delivery window was also missed by the courier causing the further delay. Sadly once the parcel is with the courier there is not much more we can do to speed this up beyond chase them for updates so once again our apologies that this further delayed your delivery.
I hope that you have since had the chance to use your products and that you are happy with them. If you do have any other concerns with the products please feel free to give us a call so that one of the team can help at the soonest opportunity.

Great products, great price, poor packaging for posting
The products I ordered are fantastic, but unfortunately they were inadequately packaged for posting and subsequently arrived in a broken box with a broken pump and leaking car shampoo. If I order again, I’d need assurance of much better packaging, especially for liquids.
