Excellent and highly recommended
A fast, efficient and cost-effective solution with an excellent overall experience.
However, heads-up for first-time users: you also need to inform the HMRC separately that your company is now dormant. This service does not include that notification. Many people get caught out and end up with a £100 penalty notice a year later.

It Worked !! but ...
If worked OK first time, but - it may not work for a co. which has traded, then declared dormant - tho it did for me. Also received an email from Co House about polling & envelopes(try to find what that is about on their website ...) Can ignore this, provided accts are shown as accepted, would have been good to know this in advance.

Thank you for your review and feedback. We are glad it was worth it for you. We are aware of the polling response from Companies House, which, although does not prevent the dormant accounts being processed, can cause confusion and we will try to look into clearing it.
