Just go Motorhomes - Dublin Avis 

The van was in poor repair. Mostly to do with things not working probably due to ‘wear and tear’ eg door handle broken so it needs to be closed from the outside with force and then last person enters via the front cab. We couldn’t open the inlet for the fresh water. Some of the blinds not working. It probably needs attention to repair lots of things.

Also note that there was a mix up when we collected the van on Thursday 28 Aug. We arrived for collection at 2pm but for some reason our name ‘fell off’ the list. When we noticed people that arrived after us leaving with vans before us we queried why we were still waiting. The staff were very apologetic but it meant that we didn’t get our van until 4pm, two hours after we had arrived!!!! van was showing evidence of wear and tear. It was not the luxury van that was advertised.

The staff did a pretty good job going through everything in my caravan. However, there were some fine points that they did not cover and I had to go back in before driving off. However, most importantly, at no time did anyone explain how narrow the roads are, especially those off the main highways. Some country roads are so narrow that only one car can get by. All the staff suggested, upon checkout, that I upgrade my insurance, but did not provide details as to why it was so important. I have rented caravans in other countries, and that staff has explained the driving conditions and expectations, especially in Iceland. I expected this to be a similar experience, and it was not. Some roads were nerve-wracking related to how narrow both lanes were. This is a helpful piece of information for them to easily explain ahead of time.

Staff very unhelpful. Camper not ready car parts left in camper not cleaned before I arrive storage door broken . Nearly there two await for them to fix camper . Wasn't great start to the holiday. Very unhappy with the staff and way it was run not professional at all .

Although it was very busy, the reception was very good. We received proper information on how to use the Motorhome.
Small problem was that 1 chair was missing, but we were offered to have money in return at the end (which we did not accept). For the rest: all OK!

The motorhome was perfect. We were five and all was okay during the roadtrip. Everything was really clean. The team explain us really clearly the instruction, even if we never drove a motorhome before, we were appease and everything was easy during the roadtrip. The only negative point is the time to wait for drop in the motorhome, we lost 2hours waiting for it. And we had to drop off Saturday morning which cut our roadtrip earlier.

Very relaxed and nice people.

Only to bad that the mediacarplay did not function, and we only got 2 towels for 10 days

In all we would definitely rent again.

The layout of the motorhome suited our family of five and we had a great time travelling around ireland.

As complete novices and first timers, we were greatly impressed with the quality and efficiency of the RV. It was a pleasure and comfort to drive. We will certainly look to repeat the experience as soon as possible.

I liked the power in the engine. It didn't struggle @ all.
I liked that I could collect a bit earlier than expected.
I liked the interior and layout of camper.
I didn't like the inside missing door handle.
I didn't like that I was told there was damage to trim beside door when I returned. I produced the picture I took before I left and was told. "Oh right, that wasn't on the damage report. It could have been expensive if I didn't take photos before I left.
Otherwise it was a great experience.

We had an amazing time in our beautiful Rainbow Motorhome touring the rugged west coast of Ireland in style.

Very nice service, great camper, very comfortable and brand new motorhome. Good equipment including camping table and chairs.

Everyone at Just Go Motorhomes was friendly and welcoming, and made a great effort to answer all of our questions and ensure we had everything we needed for our adventure. They were all very easy to work with.

Just Go could not be found and it turned out to be Bunk Campers, which we were not aware of. Most of the energy was focused on selling us an extra insurance. The explanation of the camper part was clear, but we had to figure out the car part ourselves. For customers from outside the UK, that is actually necessary.
The inventory turned out to be insufficient (e.g. no washing bowl, no stopper for the sink), old cups and plastic glasses that didn’t look fresh and poor frying pans (cooking an egg was not possible). One towel for 15 days is ridiculously little. The duvet and sheets were good. The camp chairs were in a bad condition and you could not sit comfortably in them.
The camper itself was fine, although the location of the power socket directly behind the door is not convenient. The door cannot stay open because of this. There was a sun awning, but a pull-out pole is missing because they are afraid of accidents. Wedges have to be booked additionally, although this is actually a standard part of a camper.
The reception upon our return was not great. No questions (intrest) about your vacation, whether you were satisfied with the camper, or if you had any comments. No, it was just get out of the camper as quickly as possible, a quick check, and goodbye. The man who was trying so hard to sell us insurance was very busy with his computer and with the man next to him. No words, no interest, or anything at all for his customers. Never again Just Go or Bunk Campers.

Their website says one thing and what happens at pick up is something else.
There are no assigned time slots to collect your motorhome, it's a free for all, with the result we lost the first half day of our holiday waiting to be served. Something the staff made light of.
Also, we paid €85 for additional items referred to on the website which were either not supplied or unnecessary due to how the motorhome was equipped.
There was either no management at the depot or, at least, no one was prepared to identify themselves when we sought to complain at both the pick up and subsequent drop off.
Raising a complaint online afterwards was met with saccharine responses (AI generated?) and a clear impression that the business margins are so tight they couldn't agree to a €85 refund on a booking worth over €1,500. I wouldn't book too far ahead, they may go out of business.
To be clear, I was not given a scheduled time for my pick up. I phoned the depot the day before as per the email instructions and was told that wasn't happening. I also did not receive a refund for everything.
