I’m very disappointed with my…
I’m very disappointed with my experience with Just Golf Online. I ordered trousers that were clearly listed as having an adjustable waist (30–34), but what I received was a fixed size 30 waist with 34 length. The listing was misleading, and despite pointing this out with clear evidence, the seller claimed I had misunderstood the description.
They also refused to provide a return label, making the return unnecessarily difficult. The issue could have been resolved quickly with a simple acknowledgment and support, but instead I was left with a product that doesn’t match the description and no assistance to return it.
Unfortunately, if something goes wrong, this seller does not take responsibility. I cannot recommend them based on this experience.

The products we ordered are good
The products we ordered are good, especially the swing practice net that you could use indoors (carefully) and out. It appears to be extremely sturdy (once we got it the right way up having finally watched the video...) so we are very happy with it. The other items were caps, gloves and a tool for re-edging grooves if needed, so all useful bits and bobs.
The removal of a star was due to the delivery. The company used apologies for lateness and suggested we could change options EG they drop it off at a local shop as well as giving a 'virtual' signature. Both their website and their app were useless and I was unable to do anything but we would not be home. In the end a note sellotaped onto our door suggested going to a neighbour and happily the driver was flexible enough to accept this informal request. I might suggest a more reliable courier...
