Failure to fulfil the purchase
Failure to fulfil the purchase-It’s taken 8 days since payment and their confirmation of shipping,4 emails ,one sent by reply to the shipping email address and 2 via the admin email address and 1 via PayPal to achieve nothing! Not even the courtesy of an acknowledgement so PayPal has refunded my cost. The company clearly hasn’t heard of Customer Service-Beware!

Excellent service
I recently ordered a pair of black Skecher golf shoes. Having received confirmation of the order, I was contacted a day later to say that, unfortunately, the shoes I'd ordered were only available in blue. At no extra cost, I was offered an upgraded pair which I received two days later. I was delighted with the quality and price of the shoes and the excellent, friendly service.

Just golf online are great.
It was very easy to order the items online. The item ordered was as described, and looks smart.
There was only a small negative, one of the items was unavailable, which is fine, but I wasn't informed until I received the remaining item. I did receive a refund the day before the remaining item was delivered.
However, the overall experience was great.
