Justoffbase Avis

Very pleased with my purchase - a quality item and it arrived within two days even though I paid for the cheapest shipping option.

Will definitely be using again.

Superb purchase from all aspects. The most competitive price I could find for exactly the same make/model. Very fast delivery too.

I would recommend this company to anyone. For price, prompt delivery, friendly communication and quality product, I reckon it is as good as it can get. I hope it's not long before I need to use them again.

really good service

Great service, competitive pricing, kept us informed throughout the process. I would have no hesitation in using Justoffbase again for purchasing goods again.

I recommend my friend

The staff were able to quickly provide details of specific measurements of the item following a short phone call. This enabled me to judge if the item (transmission saddle) would be suitable for using with my existing floor jack as mine was not one of the ones specified in the description on the site. When the item arrived, it was exactly as described and works well

I have used justoffbase several times and the product and service have always been excellent.

easy to order off website, great selection, quick order process and good service, item arrived quickly and packaged well, 100%

Justoffbase efficient and easy to deal with I would use them again.

Product as described, well packaged and delivered within 2 days of ordering. Great communication. A pleasure to deal with.

The product was just what I expected and arrived very quickly.

The products arrived very quickly, very well packaged, and were exactly as described on the website. Overall an excellent service. I will continue to use this company for tools that may be difficult to source locally.

I've now bought several DIY products through this company and found then to be excellent with regard to product choice, quality, price competitiveness, delivery and customer focus. It's now my first choice when looking to procure tools and accessories.

I came across their site by accident ,saw a product I'de been thinking about buying at a great price and could'nt resist! It then arrived much earlier than they promised and put a smile on my face......very happy

I chose to purchase my steel tool chest from Justoffbase because their price was competitive and they had good reviews. Good decision! The tool chest arrived within 2 days. Unfortunately there was a fault with the tool chest so I emailed Justoffbase that evening and had a friendly reply the next morning saying it would be replaced and asking for a suitable date for delivery. This was agreed and the replacement item duly arrived on time and with extra packing to protect it from damage. I received emails throughout the process keeping me up to date on what was happening and whole affair was handled very efficiently. Shame there was a problem but I can't fault how Justoffbase dealt with it. Well done!

Pleased I came across them on Google. Would use again.Recommended

The service I received was of high quality.

I have been waiting for a long time to spend money on tools from brand names I trust, and when I got the opportunity to do so, I knew I wanted to purchase as much from Just Off Base as possible. The website is great to navigate around and search. The product pictures can be enlarged to a decent size to get more of the detail. There is a section that tells you where in the relevant catalogue the product is (only way to improve that would be to link to an online catalogue but they're not always available)

The prices are very competitive. In almost every case for the tools I've looked at, Just Off Base was the cheapest supplier. The regular 'Manager's Specials' and seasonal promotions definitely factor into this and help to secure that position.

My order arrived within a couple of days even though it was the "Free Delivery when you spend over £70" - so you might expect it would be a slower service, but it was courier-delivered.

I will definitely buy from Just Off Base again and already recommended the website to people in the engineering trade that I work with. When they saw some of the tools I had acquired to make my job easier they had to know where I had got them from.

I didn't interact with their customer service team as I didn't have any problems or enquiries, but Just Off Base come across as a very professional company from my experience and I really do appreciate the service they have provided me with.

The straps look good to me.
Ordering and follow-up was very good.
