I feel cheated. I wait for my order from 10/20/2021. They don't respond, they don't refund my money and I've been blocked on IG

I give this business, one star for the fact that I made an order on March 11th of 2022 and I waited the allotted delivery time for my order but it still had not arrived. I waited a little more time and still no order arrived. I tried reaching out in all forms of communication such as email, Instagram DM, and Twitter Dm. My communication with them was spotty at best as I was told part of my order was completed and would be sent out but I was mostly waiting for the power ranger singlet that was the most expensive item on the order. I barely got the news that they discontinued the singlet and would send out the remaining orders or give a refund. I wanted to see if my order had been fulfilled as I had made it in March and now it is September but when I finally got to communicate with someone they seemed to get angry with me asking all these questions. I am still waiting for a response now. But so far all they have done is block me on the social medias that I have tried using to communicate with.

Placed my order on 5/14 which was supposed to be a birthday gift. Never received order. Order page says it’s processing. Have reached out multiple times to inquire about the status of my order but no response.
No merchandise. No customer service. I would avoid.

Not only will this place not send you your order they will ignore any contact on the status and then block you from contacting them if you complain, because waiting 4 months for a order is completely acceptable in their book. Not in mine nor should it be in yours

I placed my order on Jan 26, 2022, and after several attempts to get any kind of info on my order, I was first told the printer messed up my order and they had to be reprinted. Then their server crashed. Then they ignored me, told me I was harassing *them,* as they were only one person. Final nail was when they gave me a tracking number not even associated with my name or address when I called DHL to find out where it was. Never again. Save your time and money from thus scammer.

An absolute scam. My order was placed in Oct and after numerous attempts at communicating via email, no response. The link that takes you to the order page no longer works. I was patient because they insisted on their social media pages that they were trying their best to fulfill orders and asking to be compassionate and patient with their small business, but it seems that was just a tactic to wait out dispute deadlines as I'm well past mine. They've still yet to respond to my emails, much less fulfilling my order.

I always get great quality products from KK! Great variety, great communication, and highly recommended!!!

Good products & design features. My son loves his Black Panther shirt and I love the shoes. There are a wide variety of other great collections to choose from!

Every time I order I always receive my orders on time and the quality of the products are excellent. Karsons Korner is the place for geeks and power ranger super fans such as myself to get gear u can’t get anywhere else. Also they have great products from a different world tv series that celebrates HBCU

I love my overall experience with KK. Customer service is always outstanding. I got all of my shopping questions answered right away. My Shipping was delayed but that is expected in this time of pandemic. I read the bad reviews:This is not Amazon people! Also, I brought my concern to the owner and he kept tabs until my package was delivered. I currently own the MMPR green ranger hoodie and pants. The quality of the fabrics are exceptional and the prints are vivid. Even after a few washes , the prints don’t crack or fade. With that being said , I’ve already placed two separate orders. I will admit that the amount of merch on his site is a bite overwhelming for a nerd like me (I kinda want the entire A Different World merch) but i can’t complain about the quality or the level of customer service. it’s top notch and the owner ensures satisfaction.
